I needed to place an order for delivery but the item I wanted wasn’t available on DoorDash so I called the store and the associate Lori offered to have the owner have it fixed so that they could deliver it to me personally for free same day! In all my years of dealing with retail as a customer and working in retail myself, this is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had!
