Florence/Burlington valvoline employees specifically Manager Kaitlin and Elijah went above and beyond for me when I came in today! My last visit 3 days ago in Lexington while out of town. Yesterday I noticed a leak so I pulled into my valvoline in Burlington they proceeded to tell me none of my fluids were checked or toped off and my tire pressure was too high on all 4 tires and transmission was low. Elijah checked the leak while Kaitlin topped off all my fluids and fixed my tires.( Lexington’s valvoline obviously didn’t check anything )They were so nice & respectful. I will never go to another valvoline Thank you so much they should both get a raise because I don’t even know what could’ve happened to my car if they didn’t do their jobs so well

They did what they claim to do. I still think oil changes are very expensive, so try and find a coupon or some discount. They made me aware of things but didn't try and over sell me, that's a plus.

Very convenient and quick. My only problem was with the price for the oil change even with a coupon.

Went for an oil change on 6/15/23. Normally change oil myself, but was in a time crunch with an upcoming trip. While there 2 previous customer came in with skid plates that had not been secured.Changing my oil today. I notice 4 zip ties attaching my skid plate which had not been there previously. Also the oil drain plug is stripped, and torqued to over 120 ftlbs. Way over the manufacture 30ft lbs.(picture below shows drain plug was clearly impacted back on)Extremely disappointed in the quality of service received and will not recommend to anyone.

Sloppy oil change. Tech came up and said something was wrong with my drain plug like it was stripped or something and I should definitely take it to the dealer to get the oil pan replaced. He said he replaced the plug and was able to tighten it. Vehicle only has 10,000 miles on it and I bought it brand new from the dealer so nothing should be wrong with it. I think the tech got more oil on my engine than inside of it trying to pour it in the funnel. Went home and wiped down the underside of the truck so oil didn't drip all over my driveway. Pretty sure they put 12 quarts of oil in it instead of 10. Also asked if they were able to do a tire rotation and got a smart ass answer from the manager and he said 'was that the answer you were looking for?" Later the tech down below said they couldn't do the rotation because my truck was too heavy for the lift which is when I said "that is why I asked." I will just stick with the dealership from now on and hope they can do their job right.

This is my go to spot. Seriously, this the best customer service on the planet. I’ve never left unhappy; 15 years is a pretty long run?

The problem I had was going in thinking I was getting an $84 oil change on my 2016 Mini Cooper and then being handed a $410 bill! My husband called 3-4 days in advance and told them that I had a 2016 Mini Cooper and they quoted him $84 for an oil change on it. I was charged $108 for the oil change alone. Then I was told I needed a new battery that would be $150 and then it turned out to be $240. And wiper blades that no one told me the price on. I wasn't given ANY prices during my 50+ minutes there. And when I asked how my $150 battery became $240, I was told it was the type of battery I needed. But rather than TELL me that I needed a different type of battery and that the price was going to change, they just told me it would be a different type of battery. There was little to no communication on pricing and when the "manager"?? (or whatever he was) went looking for my OBD port so that they could plug in their piece of equipment to keep my entire system from resetting while they unhooked the battery, (once the geniuses there FOUND the piece of equipment, since no one there seemed to know where it was) he gave the underside of the car's dash a cursory once over and gave up. Since he couldn't find it in just a minute, he gave up and assumed my car didn't have one. I Googled where it was in 2 seconds. When I managed to get his attention 5 minutes later, I told him that my car DOES have one and I found where it was located. His response? "Yeah, hahahaha!" Clearly, he either didn't hear me, or wasn't listening to me. So, now I have to reset all of the settings in my car. While we're sitting there (my niece and I) we watch not only the guys working on my car not know where equipment is, but we're also watching guys in the next bay not even know how to operate equipment properly! One guys hooks up a piece of equipment to "evacuate" the other car of SOMETHING and when it doesn't work right, he just starts moving the hose around like it's just not sucking things up correctly. It takes another worker to throw a lever and twist a knob before it starts to work and I didn't even see the other guy turn around to even look. So, for all he knows, it just started working out of nowhere. They finally get my battery reinstalled and the "manager" proceeds to say, "Let's get you all settled up!" I don't get a total, I don't get to see a bill, no breakdown of charges, nothing. He holds his hand out for a credit card. Well, silly me, figuring it was $84 + $150 + maybe $20 each for the wiper blades, hands over my card. He rings it up and hands me the invoice for $410! Well, I was settled up already so he did his best, after that, to avoid me and the open window of my car. I had to wait until I'm half pulled out of the bay to ask him - how the heck did my $150 battery become $240?! To which he just says, "You needed that AGM battery. Sorry." and shrugs. Oh sure! It's not YOUR money!I've written to Valvoline and not heard anything back yet. I've just now taken their survey. Let's see what happens there. In the meantime - avoid the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Wildcat Blvd. in Burlington, KY if you don't want to double your price without your knowledge.Services: Battery

Valvoline always does the best job with my oil change and this past time they made sure to check my air filters and get new ones put in and I'm glad they did because they were really bad. You guys are great.

The staff went out of there way to make sure my moderately lowered vehicle would clear the bay. Jordan, I believe to be the manager, even removed parts of the machinery in the bay to make sure my car would clear driving into the pit. Thanks again to this staff!!

App says 0 to 10 minute wait, I sit waiting in line for 20+ mins, watch them pull a car that arrived after me into the bay that I wasn't waiting for, and then they come up and tell me that they're not going to be able to take care of me in the next 30 minutes.Have some respect for your customers time. I sacrificed my entire lunch break today to come get this done and you failed.
