We had a wonderful experience. We were passing through town from Montana and ended up having an engine light come on. We called up the next morning explained the situation and they were able to get us in right away. Husband said the staff was friendly and wonderful. Thanks Urb's Garage for giving us peace of mind for the rest of our trip.

Urbs garage went above and beyond for me today. Helped me get my diesel pickup running strong and well again. There mechanics definitely took there time on solving the problem correctly and I thank them for that all in all 5 out of 5 for Urbs. If you own a diesel and are looking for a strong mechanic Urbs is the place to go. Great office atmosphere and staff that's willing and wanting to help. They were able to finally figure out my coolant problem when other shops couldn't figure it out. Yes it took many other things to happen first but they are proficient at what they do. I am thoroughly happy with the mechanical help that Urbs Garage has given me and my truck.

Thank you so much for taking time to discuss our van issues and making sure my family got home safe in an Uber. We will be using this shop exclusively for all of our cars on the customer service we received alone. Above and beyond, courteous, and did not try to upsell us one bit.

Five stars feels inadequate based on the exceptional work and customer service provided by Urb's Garage. We are relatively new to the area and couldn't be happier to have found this business! David and Dylan both went well above and beyond. We honestly can't say enough positive things about this place -Go see them!

Absolutely fantastic service!! They were able to get our car in quickly and diagnose what was causing the issues. They not only explained what work needed to be done but why. They didn't try to add on extra services or repairs. They also identified other repairs that were needed and explained the order of importance that they needed to be repaired. Labor and parts were not overpriced and we will definitely be bringing our cars back for maintenance and repairs.

Working on a project car is rewarding and difficult. But when I need help, I take it to Urb's. Despite all the difficulties of restoration and navigating my customizations and personal repairs, Dylan was patient, respectful and Urb's worked with us to get my car closer to completed for an affordable price. I trust my project car and my family's cars with Urb's.

Chris at the Burlington location failed to actually put us on the schedule when we called to get my tie rods changed. So I went in needing my car done the same day and because I was not on the schedule they had to rush to get my car done. However, they called my husband at 4:45 saying both tie rods needed to be changed. This was confusing since we told them both needed to be changed on the first call with Chris. Also, based on the wear on my tires the side that they said has a bit longer to go was the worse side. So then the quote also increased. Safe to say my car took two days to be fixed and I was anxious if they actually knew how to fix my car at this point.
There was no apology for all the mess ups and communication issues on Chris’s behalf. Seems as if this place is too busy to function correctly and we will not be back.

Very friendly staff nick is very helpful Stopped in to see if they could see what was wrong with my 2013 grand jeep Cherokee. Had a leak what i thought was power steering hose, well it was a leak from same area but diffrent hose , thought I needed a hub bearing comes to find out needed both hubs done which caused tires to go bad well the price was right so I had them do the work great jobs guys turn around was awesome only 2 days I recommend URBS GARAGE NORTH BEND LOCATION thanks again RIDES LIKE NEW MONEY AGAIN

Very reliable and honest, never get the sense they’re trying to upsell, and they have told me when things were a must to fix for safety or future cost purposes while other things are cosmetic and can wait until a future project.
