“I shopped around and CubeSmart has the best prices, so I was shocked at how well the facility is run, and how professional and nice the staff is. Typically you wouldn’t expect the lowest priced facility to be so nice all the way around. The staff is super accommodating, always available, and HAPPY to address your needs. This should be the gold standard for all storage facilities and staff. They are very friendly and amazing to say the least. I’m a very happy customer!”

“Have used this location twice to store my travel trailer. Decent prices and easily accessible. The manager is great at following up and checking if things are all working out well and answering any questions. The app is easy to use and there are other ways to get in the gate of the app isn’t working which was helpful in our case.”
“This is my first time using a storage unit and I'm already loving it here. I'm clumsy and lost my lock inside my unit lol well Ruthie and her team noticed I was without a lock and was concerned for my safety so they put a red lock on it and called me right away. They said to come in office my next visit and they'll unlock it for me.
Well I did that and tried to look for my lock inside and couldn't! I completely forgot to tell them and it was after hours... a few days later they called me and said they placed a lock there and sent me a combination for it. I'm so grateful because as a mom of 5 I couldn't really afford another lock for another week or so . So I'm so appreciative of their professionalism and most of all CARE. Thank you again miss Ruthie !!”

“I’m my 10+ years of driving, this has been the most enjoyable delivery of my career. I read my apt time wrong supposed to be 9am. I thought it was 8am, I arrived at 7am. They checked me in and gave me a door immediately. 25 minutes later I was done. Now that I know they have overnight parking per other reviews I can make my way straight there.”
“I just recently came to Glenway storage because I had a very bad experience with public storage. First this place is extremely clean. I wasn’t expecting that.. I got two storage units. Luckily they were side-by-side. It’s like my things are in a hotel.. The pricing is great. It is definitely like night and day from public storage, which was awful and I still had time to get my stuff from there, but came back two hours later to get it & Public Storage threw everything in the garbage. Just walking in this place, you know it’s a great facility to keep your things. It’s a hotel for your things. I highly recommend Glenway Storage”
