Had the 'pleasure' of dealing with this clown with my former job. He is by far one of the worst customers I had to deal with... always blaming us for his issues... always complaining. At one point he gave me a part number to check to see if I could get and the "part number" he gave me was actually his customer's phone number. I should have called that customer and warned him. Maybe he treats his customers better than his suppliers... but all I know is I would never buy a thing from him. Ever.

I have recently changed my mind about this place i had a bad experience with this place because i was not able to return a part i ordered but i was put under the impression that ryans mufflers could install it on my truck and after that Dissappoinment and finding out i could not return the part i was a little hot headed and may have took it out on the wrong person these people even commented on my reveiw of there shop and apologized if they can take time out of there day to apologize then it can be that bad of place and i would like to give them another chance i would give them at least 4 stars

By far, Hands down the worst place I've ever bought parts from. One of the parts didn't fit correctly so I had to return it. That was the worse experience ever. He told me he didn't LEND out parts ???? Really?! Im the first person to return an item?? Wow. Very very over priced. The item i needed they had thats the only reason i went there. NEVER again. I have a video of our hole conversation about him LENDING me parts. Unbelievable. Call summit or Jegs do not waste your money on this clown!
