This location has become as bad as Covington’s Kroger. Staff is half and half, shelves are barely stocked, and just an all around gloomy feel. The carts weren’t stocked, nor the baskets.
I went to get milk- they only had half gallons of 2% left…. That was it!
No regular Coca Cola in 12 packs or ale 8s. There were several other items that were just so empty and bare. When going to check out, the people working looked like they were trying to avoid customers.

They put a pending amount of money out of my account when I wasn't even able to get gas bc of a system failure on their end. I'm currently at Kroger trying to get my money back 24hrs later and they have me on the phone with their bank. Very unprofessional. That is their job not mine. Elie told me to come up and my money would be replaced. When I got here Brooklyn said it doesn't work like that. I am still waiting to get my 125 dollars replaced. Save yourself a headache and never put your card in their pumps.

Store is usually kept clean and neat and always someone working and stocking. Only complaint is that there are items that are consistently out of stock and, more importantly, I found more than six cartons of eggs that had expired from 3-6 weeks prior so that was concerning. I did let customer service know this so please keep an eye on your expiration dates. This is not the first Kroger that has expired food on its shelves.

I always find expired food, have to pick through damaged boxes, tight aisles, janky carts, and it stinks like rotting meat.
At least the employees are always friendly.

I wish Kroger as a company would start teaching it's employees to take their aprons off before they use the restroom. Countless times since the pandemic have I seen kroger employees come out of the stall or bathroom with their apron still on, no wonder there's a stomach bug going around. Kroger sells contaminated food and they also lazily clean their bathrooms. Just disgusting all together.

Come on Kroger your new self check out is horrible, so now everyone is standing down aisle 16, guess you didn't think that through very well, why do you constantly have to change?

I had a very bad experience today with the cashier, who had a very bad attitude. She was standing in line and I could see how rude she was to an Asian woman and to a Hispanic man since neither of them spoke English and in a rude tone she told them that they had to speak the language. I understand that maybe it was a bad day for her but we customers are not to blame... and there I helped the man because he did not put the separator for the products, and then it turns out that they took me out accompanied as if I was the one from the error I saw racism it was not our fault that the cashier was tired and had to leave that was not the problem... it was the way she treated us, please Kroger had never had a conflict it is their store and the supervisor is not professional Well, I don't ask what really happened.

They allow anyone with there ill behaved dogs to come in and by that I don't need service dogs as I have one that is actually trained She has almost been attacked twice being in here by dogs that are flat out reactive and aggressive when confronted with it the manager said we don't have a no dog policy which her ADA which I am reporting it to there is a policy where animals cannot be around where they handle process or make food unless they are a service dog these dogs are flat out reactive constantly barking growling lunging and snapping at not only my service dog but people also.

Good, things were clearly marked so I could find things all on my own.

Only open until 10pm instead of 11pm like literally every single other Krogers in the area. Why? The extra hour isn’t gonna hurt you, it just gives you more business from the multitude of people who work late hours and can’t get there until late. Places used to be open 24 hours and now it’s about impossible to find a place open past 9/10pm ?

The only employee who actually works at this location is the tall dark haired gentleman. Everyone else does nothing. I have constant issues with this kroger and it continues to get worse. As for the employee "Tabitha" who's dressed like they are heading to a night club while working could use to actually do their job instead of sitting and flirting with a customer as every self checkout dings for an employees attention. Because I love sitting at self check out watching employees do nothing but talk as my milk gets warm ??
