Branch manager Lynn Williams refused to get me a copy of the rules of engagement or terms of engagement in the type of account I had setup with this bank. This occurred after I just disagreed with here on seeing my hard copy ID versus seeing a digital copy of the ID. Licenseing in the State of KY is all digital now including the ID. It’s not a reel photo you slide between a filament anymore. This makes no sense to me as to what the difference would be. I can scan the back of my ID from my phone screen or the hard copy. My phone is also ID’d to my person. But more importantly you are allowed to disagree that doesn’t give the bank the right to refuse customer service to you. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere after this experience.

Had an issue but Lynn the branch manager is compassionate and emotionally intelligent. She handled it gracefully and I will go out of my way to do business with them. Thank you.

Inhumane. They’ll take your money but don’t ask to use the restroom. I regularly did my banking at this location and after today I never will return. I was told I couldn’t use the restroom while visiting today.

My wife and I have been Huntington customers for more than 30 years. They always come through for us in a pinch. So...today….Friday afternoon before a Memorial Day Weekend...they did it again. I specifically want to thank Jodi Crouch, a manager at the Burlington, KY branch where we bank, for her above and beyond customer service. I do business with a number of financial institutions...large and small...none can match the service provided by Huntington! Outstanding work!!!

ZERO STARS. If you happen to have Scott Finn as your loan officer, RUN AWAY.Terrible communication. Lazy. Keeps information from us. Would NOT give me his supervisor’s information until I had asked him EIGHT TIMES. We were set to close on Tuesday but he contacted us less than 24 hours before and things were running behind and he wasn’t sure when it would be.

Just went to this location to turn in papers to dispute a few charges as customer service told me to. Thh older lady with white short gray hair was so rude. Her only answer to every question i had was i dont know. Also dodnt help me fill the paper out corectly so i now.have to call customer service again and go to my normal branch where employees are nice and helpful.

I always try to have an account locally. I like coming to this bank for some transactions such as withdrawals from my main bank. Yes, withdrawing from your other bank is allowed as long as you maintain an account with them. The place was never busy now crowded, which I prefer. The staff seemed very helpful, polite and attentive to the costumer's needs. Yes it's not crowded, but for the time I was in the bank I observed that there was a continuous and consistent stream of costumers coming in. I highly recommend this place, and would continue doing now with them.

Everytime I come here to buy change, these staff here are very friendly and helpful. When you walk in the door, always greeted with a smile, never fails morning, noon or toward the end of business day. Some of the competitors within the local area will NOT allow you to make such a transaction unless you are a "member". Not here, never really understood this, it's money! Why only members can make transactions ie: $20 Bill for twenty $1 bills? The others must think their money is better.
