“I always try to have an account locally. I like coming to this bank for some transactions such as withdrawals from my main bank. Yes, withdrawing from your other bank is allowed as long as you maintain an account with them. The place was never busy now crowded, which I prefer. The staff seemed very helpful, polite and attentive to the costumer's needs. Yes it's not crowded, but for the time I was in the bank I observed that there was a continuous and consistent stream of costumers coming in. I highly recommend this place, and would continue doing now with them.”
“Never make the mistake of calling chase customer service for anything. The banker at this chase bank was extremely helpful and provided me the info I needed. Their customer service hotline isn't helpful at all. If you have any issues talk to the banker directly. I went in early morning and didn't wait long to speak to anyone. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.”
