Had item cleaned and it was severely damaged and burned. There is no way someone could have missed the damage, yet it was returned without disclosing the problem. Braxton's agreed to cover 1/2 of the replacement cost. However, the item isn't subjected to wear and tear and therefore doesn't depreciate like something used frequently. Not fully satisfied with the outcome. The biggest issue was the failure to notify me regarding the damage. This indicates a severe lack of integrity.

I have used this company for 36 years, I drop off usually on Monday or Tuesday and pick up on Friday! They do all my clothes, excellent service, very happy with them! I use the location besides Boone County Library! I highly recommend them!❤️??Services: Delivery

I dropped my granddaughter’s dress off to be hemmed at Braxton’s in Taylor Mill as I have repeatedly done in the past. With the Coronavirus they reduced their hours to 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and are no longer open on Saturdays. I was given a 10 day period for the alterations and the pick up date is 08/07/20, 8:00 a.m. My work hours are 7:00 - 3:30, M-F with 1/2 hr for lunch. I had to take 1/2 hour of annual time to pick up the dress So, imagine how you would have felt to be told it was not ready. I called the main site in Burlington only to be told that it will be an ADDITIONAL 5 DAYS. No apology given.

Braxton always does a good job I have always been pleased however this time I had zero starch on my shirts. Who cleans and presses shirts with no starch.
