Recently, the company I work for had best one come out to change our tires on multiple trucks. During the process they broke lug nuts on two separate vehicles. It has now been over 2 weeks since this has happened and still no resolution. This is a company we spend close to $40k with annually. I don’t expect to be treated like a number one priority, but I at least expected them to fix a problem they caused with some urgency. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

GREAT people ALL AROUND the board! Help me with my tire and actually put my brake chamber back in position for me a bolt had broke and it was hanging! Definitely recommend them. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!

ROBERT was a God send. Had a run flat with a screw in it, and most places only wanted to sell me a new tire. They repaired it, which tremendously helped me out for now. Will definitely go there when I need all new tires.

I have an old Ford Fusion that has suffered from serious neglect. mostly my own fault as it was used as a beater car since i was a college student. I have been feeling a wierd vibration in the car for a little while and brought it in to looked at.They managed to get me in same day even though they are busy and started looking at the car. Very shortly after they came back to me with a laundry list of problems that others have missed. In the end the car was not worth the time and money for them to work on it. They told me exactly what was wrong and gave me estimates on what it would cost to fix. At they same time they told me that if I really wanted it done they would work on it but they where incredibly uncomfortable doing so as the value of the car was no where near the cost of the work. And with the state of the care there was a high likelihood of more problems occurring during the work.I am incredibly impressed with their honesty and integrity as they could have worked on the car and had the situation deteriorate. Which in The end would have been way more money for them on a car that was clearly a lost cause.TL:DR: They worked with honesty, integrity and treated me like a human being despite the horrible state of my car.

Best One put 6 new tires on our motorhome over a week ago and we noticed yesterday that one of them was flat. I called and they sent someone out to fix it. I was super impressed by Dan! He answered all my questions and even recommended a few preventative things. Great experience all around...very happy customer here.

This review is long overdue... I took my car here awhile back when I had issues with wear and tear on my brakes and rotors and they were making an awful screeching noise whenever I tried to slow down or stop. I was by myself and it was going to be a few hours for them to finish fixing my car up, so I told them I was going to walk to the nearby Kroger's on 18. It was raining that day and one of the staff offered to drive me over there in his personal vehicle so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain all that way. That was above and beyond customer service in my book and I will never forget that kind gesture!! They were fair and reasonable and professional in all other interactions as well. Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Had appointment for Wednesday oil change, showed up on Monday by accident...no problem for Best One, in and out, 20 minutes. Best oil change EVER !!
