Car wasn’t even cleaned. Half the window was wiped in the back, cup holders weren’t wiped, floor covers were put back in wet. I called about it and they said they couldn’t give me my money back. Just needed interior work done and they can’t manage to even do that. Customer service wasn’t that great either. Can’t even say sorry for not doing their job.

Did a terrible job on the windows...inside and out. One window hasn't even been touched. This has happened in the past so I specifically asked that they pay special attention to the windows.

And that one star is one two many unfriendly, wash tore off my purple heart front license plate did a poor job vacuuming the inside of car and did a poor job on windows

My wife and I are getting ready to go on vacation. I got a coupon in the mail and thought it might be a good opportunity to find an alternative car wash to frequent and to get my car prepped for the trip. The hours say that they're open until 7:00 p.m. I drove out of my way to get there and they were closed at 6:15 p.m. When I called to find out why they were closed, it was purportedly because of rain. It was not raining. It was an opportunity to go home early.

Car wash keeps breaking down. Last two times I was there, it was broke down with a long wait. Update 5/27/24: Broke again. Ran me through dry which can damage the paint. Ran me through again and still parts not working. I bought the ultimate so they hand dried but missed the top of the cab and the rear window. Really poor job. Please just get the systems fixed so they work right

We took the car to this car wash for the first time and we will never be back. Everyone working there were teenagers with no actual adult that we could see. The person directing the cars into the car wash (the one doing the initial spray on the front) instructed me to keep going, as if I were good and straight. But I felt a big jerk on the wheel when driving into the track -It significantly damaged my rim, taking off the coating and paint, scratching down to the metal!! Horrible experience.

Poop car wash. Kid came out in pajamas to wash the car and barely cleaned anything. Stole money and my car had scratches on it.

Place is a dumpster fire. Looks like it’s going out of business. $50 for a low quality wash, they skipped windows and barely cleaned my car. Go to Classic Car Wash in Florence.
