“We love it here!! We have been here since May!!! The office staff is so super sweet, Lindsay and Jennifer make you feel at home very first thing. It's clean, quiet, safe, and very affordable! The maintenance staff is super nice too, they keep the property up and get to things quickly!! Blue Grass Manor is the place to call your forever home!!!”
“My family and I have lived here for about a month now. Sherry in the front office was friendly and very helpful from the moment we entered her office. The pool and parks are clean and are a nice amenities for our kids and dogs. Gym and laundry room onsite. The apartment is decently sized. Carpet is clean and patio is a nice touch. Washer and dryer hook up available is a plus. Parking is a little tough sometimes. But other than that, it’s been a pretty good experience so far.”

“I reported a toilet that screeched each time it was flushed.Maintenance showed up bright and early Monday morning. He got straight to work. After 20-30 minutes, he had fixed the screeching sound. He did not leave any type of trash or dirt behind. He was very polite and professional.”
