Well, I just moved here two months ago from North Carolina to be closer to my parents. My experience here has been different. We've been struggling to get management to replace our refrigerator, which makes a loud noise throughout the night. Maintenance has checked it and supposedly fixed the problem, but it continues, and they refuse to replace it.
These apartments are very affordable compared to others, but residents' requests shouldn't be ignored since we're paying rent to live comfortably. Additionally, the parking lines are no longer visible and need some fresh white paint.

I've been part of this community for two years now, and I've got to say, it's been great! I highly recommend Allen Creek if you're on the lookout for a great place to live. They keep things tidy with weekly clean-ups of the hallways and outside areas, which is a huge plus, especially with my three kids running around. Safety-wise, I've never had a worry. Heather, our landlord, is super kind and always quick to help out with any questions or issues. So, if you're in the market for a new spot, Allen Creek is definitely worth checking out!

This was my home for 2 years until I moved to Florida and there will never be another place like it no matter where I go this place will always be home. I had the best times of my life here and my building was 5942 I was blessed with the best neighbors. Heather is amazing always was couldnt ask for a better property manager I never had anything wrong happen at the apartments when I was there except the annoying dude names James Elliot who complains constantly about everything he wrote a review on here that was filled with lies for anyone that sees it all those are lies nothing like that has ever happened he’s a Karen and a liar the place honestly would be better without him there. But other than that the best place you could ever call home definitely would always be open to coming back

If I could give negative stars I would…not a good place to live after Julie left…she would do anything for you and the new manager and residents don’t care and have trashed the place. They are toxic and they don’t care to do anything about it. It’s went down hill not a recommended place to live now. Horrible place and people. People loitering around apartment entry ways and not let you through. People spitting at you and banging on your windows and looking in your windows. Definitely not a friendly place to live very toxic and save yourself the hassle. They are not getting anything done to improve this place. Acts like everything is fine. Fires, murders and overdoses at this place. Definitely not recommended. And probably pays people for good reviews.

Lived here for a few months. Had to leave early for a job. Good place to live. It is in a great location. Heather the on site property manager is awesome and very helpful. She really cares. Josh on the maintenance staff is good also. They spray for bugs regularly. I enjoyed living here only left because of a job.

I am so upset with this complex as my boyfriend has not had hot water in over a month, a hassle back and forth over two months with it working then stop after one shower. Not to mention a water heater above his unit bursted and water came down and destroyed some of the posters I got him. I am so sad that this place is putting no effort to give him his right for hot water but can be so fast to increase the prices. I as well do know another tenant in this complex that has mold growing in their bathroom and the office still hasn't done anything about it while this family has a 1 year old breathing that mold in since he was born. I am leaving a review as I'm hoping this will do something to get this fixed faster even though it shouldn't have to come to this point! I don't recommend this place because they'll price gouge you and not take care of your place one bit. Do better Allen Creek.

I've made Allen Creek Apartments my home for about 3 to 4 years now and my experience with management is great, the place is very relaxing and quiet. Apartment Manager Heather is nice, very informative, helpful and considerate.

One of the first apartment complex that’s has a good landlord! I moved here from a horrible situation and have nothing but good things to say! I am a single mom of 3 kids under the age of 5 and I would recommend this complex !
