My older parents were skipped for their delivery which they rely in for heating their downstairs. They attempted to call several times but could get no answer. They canceled service and then promptly the truck came out to take the tank...after which they received a bill for $299. Prompt on retrieving equipment and expecting payment but not on providing service.

I’ve had an empty tank sitting on my property since Sept of 2023. I can’t get anyone from America’s to pick it up even though it belongs to them.

Love the online access to delivery requests and payments. I do not like the new foreign customer service call center. They try to trick you into saying/agreeing to whatever they try to keep you from getting credit for. They sound like the same scam artists that call in to your phones every day.

Love the Wi-Fi device that communicates with the office and Neill automatically comes out to fill our tank. The driver is very professional and pleasant.

Terrible. Over a week late in delivery, with rìsk of pipes freezing. No-one at local office to help. Technical problems were noted but that is no excuse if my pipes freeze. This is not the first time you were over a week late. Last time year was 3 weeks late. Considering pulling tank and gping to another company.

Delivery time after order placed; is terrible. Been having trouble with that service has been bad for the last three years. One time was a full month before receiving fuel.

I just got a text that my delivery failed because my tank was full. Been home all day, never saw a truck or anyone knock. Tried to call Burgin office, of course it goes to somewhere I couldn't understand the lady. I'm not sure what happened or why they said my tank was full, but looks to me like it's a bit over 30%. This is the first time I've had any issues with them, but I think what sets me off is I can no longer speak to someone local.

I am usually told in advance that they are coming and this time, I had no communication until they were here, the tank filled and gone. I wasn't home, but I got the text message they had been here. Also, they were one day late in delivery. I was going to call when I got home from the grocery to ask about it, but it had been delivered while I was gone.

Your people are difficult to understand, cant get a clear answer to questions. Miserable experience. However the guy who delivered gas recently was excellent. But you can only hope you never have to talk to someone in an office because that is a miserable experience. Instead of teaching people how you want them to respond, teach them to listen without having already selected the response they will be giving.
