Worst customer service in town! The guy in the front desk was very rude. My car was overheating and the only solution that he provided was to come back in two weeks for an appointment.

One of the worst experiences you could ever have, long story short, service front desk guy never provided any solutions, all his responses, you don’t have an appointment, we don’t take walks in. Vehicle overheating and he sent us on our way. Not sure how anyone would do business here.

Things to know before you buy: The sale was made initially because the warranty for the used vehicle included the drive train as long as we own the car and get service done at Tri County. We didn't find out that the warranty began 90 days after we owned it, until we were signing the sale papers. We did not find out there was only one key fob until we were taking ownership, and was told the price of the second would be $230. After 2 weeks we offered to pay for half, which was $115, which we did. Dealership did not tell us that Sirius XM came with the car and the dealership never activated it. We'd had it for 2 1/2 months, and Sirius called us to renew. Sirius/XM activated the car radio but they wouldn't give us the free time we'd already missed. Windshield washer didn't work, which we didn't know until we needed to use them. One was actually broken. We had those repaired at our time and expense. It has been 4 month and I just notice that the mirrors are different colors (one white and one black. When we called Tri County to explain these problems, they did said they were sorry, but did not offer any help to repair or compensation.

Terrible experience. Wouldn't let me charge my car for 20 minutes so I could get home safely to my children. Car ran out on the side of the road in freezing weather in the snow and tow came 9 hours later. Only ford vehicles allowed to use their charger. Will never purchase or recommend their dealership to anyone I ever speak to. Not the best idea for generating leads and sales, Paul. They allowed others to use the charger weeks ago by the way.

They told me to wait in the customer lounge and they would have a ride to take me home. An hour and 15 minutes later the girl called me on the phone to tell me the issues with my car. I told her that I was still waiting in the customer lounge. She said oh, let me see if I can find the driver to take you home. So in about 20 minutes he came in to give me a ride to my house. Car should be ready mid afternoon. So I called a little after 4:00 to check on status. Seems like the car had been ready for a while. Disappointed with this service.

Placed my appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early. Pulled up and pulled right in. The whole store was spotless and very clean, The restrooms were very clean and nice. A very nice waiting area with tables and chairs and some softer over by the TV with plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and asked if I need anything which customer service was great. They never question why a Chevy owner would be doing at a Ford dealership lol. Well to answer that is that Nick at Knox Ford sold it to me and told me to take it to Tri-County. I can't say anything bad about Tri county Ford the only bad thing was the drive, 71 and Gene Snyder are both messed up. Thank you for the service, I will be using you from now on. Oh and.....BTW...... That is a sweet looking Shelby GT on the floor

Went to order a truck and was informed that there would be a $10,000 ADP add-on, just to place the order. GSM would not budge. I wont even use your service department now. Byerly Ford off Dixie will sell you whatever you want, all day, with no mark-up.

So didn't have the greatest start to my son's repair service but I will forgive it and took a star because of the issue. I do like for the most part the ability to have a scheduled appointment compared to first come first served. Unless there is a miscommunication. The only thing I will say that has NOTHING to do with the fine service of Tri County is that it is pointless to get brakes and rotors down if the car gets rear ended so hard the trunk is now in the backseat and the car is now totaled.

I made an appointment with Mark Monroe, the Sales Consultant to look at the new 2022 F-150 trucks. Mark is really good to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has been there for some time. We spent about two hours looking at what was available and what options I could pick. They didn't have any 2022's on the lot since it's so early, but they did have a 2021 exactly like I wanted. He placed my order with the factory in Dearborn, Michigan however due to production problems that they have been having with all vehicles this year it could be four to eight weeks before delivery. I'm hoping that the Dearborn plant doesn't have any major problems. If you are looking for a vehicle, go see Mark at Tri-County.
