I had bought a duel pack of headlight bulbs from them. They don’t come with a warranty. I placed my right bulb and within a couple weeks it had already died.I went in there ready to buy a new one and the manager remembered me and told me they had a 90 day customer satisfaction policy and she replaced my headlight for free. Thats smart business and kindness to a repeat customer. They will continue to get my business!We are so quick to complain. I just wanted to share my wonderful experience.”

I tend to own a car or two every year. They are used vehicles with high mileage, so the result is repairs are commonplace, and replacement of worn parts I do myself mostly. So, when I have a need for some input from another enthusiast of old school or "new school" O'Reilly's is my go to. Yes, there are plenty of others in town. However, I create an easy rapport with most at my neighborhood O'Reilly's and they with me because of my fame and fortune. I'm famous for holding the record of "Most Auto Repairs Performed on Just Purchased, Due to The Driver Testing Limits Past the Actual". Short for I've wrecked every he's ever owned. Testing limits determined by pushing past them and hitting posts, testing upside down drifting capabilities, and off road accidental wheel off road speeds. 5. Stars for the Bardstown Rd near Buechel store”

“We started coming here a few years ago after I had bad service at my local Louisville dealerships. I highly recommend this place. We use their service department and they are always accommodating with appointment days/times. We did have a problem once when we had an oil change and the cap was screwed on crooked, which caused a very slow oil leak. When we had an error code pop up, we brought it in. They detected the error, apologized for the mistake, and corrected it in a reasonable amount of time. Today my husband took it for an oil change and I mentioned on the phone it was giving another error code. If they could run the code, if they had time, he would be happy to come back for whatever needs fixed. My husband called to tell me they showed him the error code shows our battery has bad cells and is likely to give us problems starting in below freezing weather. They took care of it while he was there. They are so friendly with outstanding customer service!”
“Wonderful customer service. Long story short I had a sheriff inspection for my new car. I was told to my driver's light was out and decided to get a light here.
Kevin, the one working at the time was very helpful and honest.
He took the time to even try to install my new light.
The car I have seemed to be a little more complex so he sent me to his buddy Oscar down the road at Mieneke.

“I had a minor accident but it was major to me, (I was rear ended). I took my car to Gerber and met Ashley who was so sweet. She got Nick, who checked my car out and gave me an estimate. I took the car on my day off and had to leave it which I hated. Ashley helped me get the rental car and chatted while I waited. The car was due to be repaired by the next Thursday. Nick called very excited the day after I took it in and said it would be ready sooner and could probably get it Friday so I called but they weren't happy with the paint so he told me I could get Saturday, he hoped. Well it was not perfect Saturday and JT was very disappointed but he wasn't going to let the car go less than perfect. I picked the car up today, still earlier than original estimated. The car looks great and the people at Gerber collision were as excited as I was. The work they did was above high quality. Will I recommend Gerber Collision? You bet I will. “One of my tires ran over something sharp on Sunday, when I was 200 miles from home, and tire stores were either closed that afternoon or too busy to fit me in. I called Walmart and while they made no promises, they told me they would try to help. I had a short wait, but they patched my tire in less than an hour for less than $20 and I’ve had no trouble with it since. The service desk employees were professional. Store overall was clean.”
