I was treated very poorly when I wanted to donate items. I was specifically told to take it elsewhere. it was raining and the lady did not want my items even though I said I would bring it in for her

I visited the charity office today with my son thats 2 yrs old. He typically shys away from elders, today he did not. All the ladies and gentlemen that volunteers there took extra special care of him and gave him so much positive attention it was heartwarming and so special for the both of us. I would like to give you all a big warm thank you for everything you do. Going the extra mile to make people feel comfort and welcome. Happy holidays to you.
