My wife and I are closing out our 25th wedding anniversary road trip.
This last leg took us to the nearby Mammoth Caves and then to Serenity Hills.
Pro-tip: if you’re hungry the Porky Pig Diner 4 miles away has amazing catfish.
This was our first Bed and Breakfast experience. What an amazing time we had. Bill and Tina were fantastic hosts. We chatted with them into the evening while enjoying some beverages.
Our room was very clean and t he bed was super comfy.
We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch while watching the birds and taking in the amazing view. Breakfast was delicious and generous.
If we’re ever back this way, we will definitely come back.

Excellent accomodations! Bill and Tina are wonderful hosts; the proximity to Mammoth Caves and Bowling Green makes this a great spot to stay.

A few things to keep in mind when considering your vacation: Do you want to be close? This place was 15 minutes from the Mammoth Cave Visitor Center, with one stop sign and very little traffic for the time I was there. I reserved an early tour time (so should you) and the short commute made it so I was not rushing through the delightful breakfasts they provided. Second, do you want to stay in a chain hotel, or do you want to support a small business that puts your money back into the local economy, with kind proprietors that you can actually chat with? TLDR overall, it is a pretty and serene area, they were chill people.
Nearby activities: Literally right outside Mammoth Cave Park.

Although we had a Reservation confirmation over booking and an Mail of them, they wrote us one day before, that they don't have two nights. They only could give us one. This wasn't a good Option for us - so they cancelled our room. If we would cancel the room we had to pay 75$....

My husband surprised me with a trip to Serenity Hill in late March. The location was perfect as it was close to many of the local attractions, practically budding up to the National Park property. The owners were friendly and inviting, offering advice of where to go and what to see. The breakfast was delicious as we shared cave stories with the other guests. The bed in the suite was sooo comfortable, after a day of exploring the local caves, we were out before 10pm.I regret not getting a photo of the beautiful modern suite with a hot tub jacuzzi, but the morning March view was pretty beautiful with a cup of coffee. We would love to return if ever in the area again!

Great bead and breakfast near mammoth cave. They are the sweetest and most welcoming host and definitely will stay here again if we return to the area. The breakfast that was homemade was delicious and the lovely porch and outside area to sit and enjoy was a delight. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and need a place to stay!

The husband and wife team who run this B&B are so sweet and welcoming! The bed was comfortable and perfect size for what we needed. Although it was a short stay, I highly recommend staying here especially if you are going to Mammoth Cave as it is a quick drive to and from. If I am ever in the area again I am going to book with them as soon as possible!

Called to make a reservation and asked if they allow dogs was told “no”. I said “I don’t suppose you know any other b&bs in the area that allow dogs?” And her response was “bye” and hung up the phone. It looks like people are giving glowing reviews here but that’s not the treatment I got on the phone

My wife and I spent 2 days here for our anniversary in the Serenity room. The grounds as you approach the B&B were beautiful in the fall(albeit a bit windy). The owners, Tina and Bill, are the most welcoming and down to Earth hosts you can ask for. The location is great for exploring Mammoth Cave National Park or just cruising around and enjoying the countryside sights. The breakfast in the morning is simply amazing and filling. My wife and I did not want to leave and are already planning another trip in the spring.

Tina and Bill are wonderful people! They go over and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, with all amenities we needed, along with snacks and candy! A huge delicious breakfast was served every morning at 8am. Our stay at Serenity Hill far exceeded our expectations.Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short and return quickly to Florida because T that time, our home was directly in the path of hurricane Ian. We will definitely be back to Kentucky and will again stay at Serenity Hill.

Serenity Hills Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful place. Bill and Tina are such great people who quickly became friends. Very clean rooms, great breakfast in a warm, welcoming environment. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends.
