“Earlier this afternoon, I came to this shop to get the muffler on my Subaru repaired and I must say I was very satisfied with the service. The staff quickly provided me with an estimate and also showed me the areas that needed repair, along with a fair quote for the amount of work required. Although the repair took a little longer than expected, it was understandable as I was a walk-in. Moreover, the main mechanic working on my car noticed an additional area that required maintenance and fixed it as well.Overall, I was pleased with the quality of work done in a reasonable amount of time and at a great price. I had my truck front bumper repaired after a head on collisionThe repairs were done so fast even my coworkers were shocked. We had a total repair within 4 weeks.They gave me a guarantee that if I had any issues with the work they did, all I would have to do was call and they would take care of me. And that's exactly what they did. Due to limitation that my insurance company set on caliber they could not order OEM parts to repair my front bumper. I needed a part to do a grill upgrade and Kyle McKinley took a personal interest in getting me taken care of. His leadership and time spent out of shop set his team aside from the competition. He reordered the part I needed and discounted me for the trouble. He even offered to repaint the part at a discounted rate ( we ended up not needing the paint). His efforts saved me $$$ and I'm leaving this unfortunate situation with a smile on my face. Customers should ask for Kyle to lead their projects and his management should encourage employees to emulate Kyle's dedication to customer care.”

They knocked out struts, hubs, axles and tires on my 4runner in just 2 days with precision! A little hiccup with ABS sensors and sway bar end links but its to be expected on an 11 year old vehicle. This was my second time for a repair, 2 totally different unrelated issues. First the radiator now the ignition system. All the work was done fast, very professional and reasonable cost. I'm very picky and spoiled on who works on my car's. My dad and brother always did these things, so I expect the best. Tommy and his guys now rate up there w his dad and mine.
