My mail continues to be misdelivered or not delivered at all Informed delivery stated my phone bill would be delivered but here it is a week later and still no bill Is the post office going to pay late charges?

Horrible Customer Service, I've had issues with my mail over 6 months and still no resolve. they just point fingers at each other.
