It hurts to see such a low review! These ladies work so hard! It shocks me that Walgreen’s doesn’t have the up to date system like Brandenburg Saveright, especially with the increased business! Instead of a lighted, beeping mechanism to find the prescription’s that their patients need, these ladies have to climb and bend for every one they serve. All praise to you ladies for the great work you do for us! God bless you all!

Absolutely terrible. Pull up and they are supposed to be open at 9 am and the doors were still locked at 905. Pull into the drive thru and they tell me its going to be an hour and then magically it will be 15 minutes when you say you will wait. The attitude of the staff is highly unprofessional. None of the staff is ever pleasant aside from Tracy in the drive thru. The wait in the drive thru is never short spent over 35 minutes in line just to get to the window. Will not return.

Went in to get 2 prescriptions (it was about 5 min before they closed). They filled 1 said they didn’t receive the other. I called the next morning at 0900 and the pharmacy said it received it. I drove in and it’s now 10:11 and I am being told another 20 minutes. As I waited in line, I overheard that they couldn’t find a prescription they had filled for someone they spent 15 minutes looking for it and the pharmacist chose to fill it again. Not sure if they ever found it. The pharmacy tech who told me another 20 minutes could use a class in customer service. Extremely rude! I didn’t get her name but will when I go back in 20 minutes to hopefully pick up my medication.

Drastically downhill since changing from Rite Aid. They have a high turnover based on the staff that’s there. They are either closed, don’t have the medications, a computer system is down for literally days, so nothing can be filled. Or the latest today, no pharmacist on duty, so per state regs, nothing can be filled or picked up. Last night, I had 3 simple prescriptions needed, urgent care sent in an antibiotic, a steroid and a prescription cough syrup. I left the urgent care, got the Walgreens text to confirm the fill, and gave them 45 mins. I went to pick it up. It was right before 8. There was only one customer leaving. Immediately I was “greeted” at the counter with, you’ve got 5 mins. We close at 8. I said oh sorry, they just called it in, I confirmed it 45 mins ago with the text. But I’d be thankful to get it, being sick. They said you might have to come tomorrow, then they said well you’re lucky she has the antibiotic and steroid. I said great I’ll take it, no cough syrup (thinking doesn’t have to be mixed, or counted, a bottle on the shelf with the pharmacist standing right there and still not 8PM) she said nope, you’ll have to come tomorrow. AND here we are, tomorrow, with no pharmacist on duty yet again. Guess I’ll try again on Sunday. Not holding my breath. God forbid it could be worse, if my son were still alive and on cardiac meds, or if I had a family member that needed insulin or asthma meds. I’m sure I’d lose it and not be back. Not that they care, but others have to be thinking the same, so just venting my peace.

I purchased 140 Christmas photo cards. When my husband picked them up and brought them home, my grandson’s chin was cut off. I took them back and was told that there is a cut off line that can only be seen by doing them in the store on their machine. So basically what I submitted, the only thing I could see, was perfect. But because of this cut off line that I couldn’t possibly see on my screen cut off his chin, nothing could be done. This is very poor service.

This pharmacy has the worst telephone service I have ever encountered. At least 20 times in the last twelve months I, and many others, have called only to be hung up on, our calls not go through, or to experience rude and unprofessional behind the phone. This pharmacy is grossly and unsafely understaffed. They hardly have routine, maintenance medications in stock. They fail to deliver their promise of having meds ready in a reasonable time. They could severely benefit from customer service training as well as hiring more staff to handle the amount of customers this area brings considering there are only a handful of pharmacies in the area. Lack of choices shouldn’t mean dealing with rude staff on a regular basis.

Waited behind two cars and got to the window to get my 3 year olds antibiotic and they just received the prescription. Was told to come back in 30 minutes (would be 10 mins before they close). I was unaware that they closed at 8pm because this is not my normal pharmacy. Came back at 5 after 8pm and they were closed… yes it was my fault for coming after 8pm but when I looked up their closing time online it said it was 9pm.
I think it would be nice to have been called when it was ready or texted. The lady could have even mentioned that by the time it’s ready it will be close to closing would have been helpful also.
Went in to see if there was anything they could do, maybe transfer it over to my regular pharmacy and the lady working in the store had a bad attitude (like not my problem who cares) which just made it even worse of an experience.

Pharmacist Megan went over and above for this customer!
The lines were long inside and at the drive through, I went inside. The staff is nice.
My prescription wasn't in the system (not Walgreens fault, they hadn't received it yet),Ms Megan over heard the conversation and followed up with the Dr's office. I may have waited another 5 minutes but left with the prescription pretty quick especially considering the traffic and prime time of day!
I'm actually a huge Sav-Rite fan.
This was my mom's prescription and provider, but I feel these guys are trying hard for the customer

The pharmacy pick up us horrendous. They refuse to use my DL when I arrive, which clearly states on it that I am visually and hearing impaired. I see out of only one eye and am nearly deaf in the ear facing the speaker. I have tried using note pads, handing my ID so they can clearly tell I am handicapped, but they will never work with me. They make a big deal and harass me every every time I come. Today I was the first car in the drive through and they took 15 min to gather 2 prescriptions which have been completed for 2 days. "hit the button to talk to us", "pull forward", "back up","turn so I can see you." They are beyond rude to handicapped individuals.

The wait times in pharmacy line are rediculous. 3 cars served in an hr and still waiting. And Sunday they didn't have a pharmacist so they closed. And meds they have asked about multiple times to be automatically filled I still have to call in.
