Awful location- Drive thru never open during open hours- phones are never answered- rude when they do answer- scripts never filled in a timely manner- understaffed- unogranized- bad communication- poor customer serviceI have been a customer of Kroger Pharmacies for years and Brandenburg is by far the worst location I have had experience with. Pam, the pharmacist, was very rude to me. I understand they are understaffed and probably feel pressure, and I am empathetic to that; but it is not my fault if the company doesn't want to hire and staff appropriately. My husband, myself and my children are all very happy to move to a new pharmacy. Don't use them.

No continuity of information among the entire staff . There phone is a waste of space because THEY DON'T USE IT. They say my Rx is ready BUT it's a fake out. IT'S NOT. They LIE about my insurance coverage. Even though I pay more for brand names, the pharmacy must make more $$$$ off of generics.

Great people being overworked! I wouldn't last 1 hour working there. Wish I could pat them all on the back. Don't get mad at the employees for being overwhelmed. It is what it is. Small facility doing the job of a big one. Be nice. Be grateful.

I went through earlier today to pick up my prescriptions, well we get there and it’s closed bc they were on their lunch. We wait it out, get up there and ask if my prescription is ready, the lady said no, it’ll be another 20-30 mins, frustrated, I told her it was supposed to be ready by 11:30 (it was 1:30 at this point) she then asked who told me that in a very rude almost snarky way. I let her know I had called and asked earlier, she then tells us it will still be another 15 mins. She didn’t even bother to check for me. Not even 2 minutes later she had it. Maybe if she would’ve checked instead of getting an attitude I wouldn’t be leaving this review.

Drive thru is seldom open .sometimes have to wait until next day to get prescription filled and occasionally they don't have your prescription and have to order it.they rarely answer the phone

i called the store and the guy in the meat dept said the saw was fixed. i asked if i could bring the reciept and meat back and have it cut and was told no! he said because of covid theycouldn't cut meat after it leaves the store. so my uncut slab is still in the original wrapping in the kroger bag not even in my house yet, but i can't get them to do their job. why is there no sign stating this? i am stuck with trying to cut the roast myself somehow. bad service kroger. i will drive into the next town to shop fromnow on. you won't get another penny.

Service is in the toilet . They will not answer the phone to even see if meds are ready and I've learned you don't just go chances are they won't be ready. Please someone do something hate to move to Walmart but looks better everytime I get my monthly medß filled

When using Clicklist. The last three times we've walked in to get what we need that they say they don't have. So today I called them when they said they didn't have dairy items and confirmed with dairy they do. Clicklist said rudely we pulled the order at 4 am and it's too late now. Since we aren't picking up till 10! Then tell me why you close it out at 4am. Never again.

Not the worst, but could use some good stockers and friendly staff. More items than at a Jay C, but the detached liquor store is possibly the best bourbon values in the area. Might not have every item you want, however, they have plenty of adult beverages. The staff here in this area are extra nice and knowledgeable.

Click list pickup time was between 8p-9p. I showed up no later than 8:50, checked in beforehand. Nobody comes out for 15 min. I call the store. Everyone has gone home.
