I Purchased mattress setsAlso living room furniture an living room tables. My husband an I slept 4 night on these an hit the springs. Spoke to Steven about this he stated He would be out that day to sit on the bed was a no show no call nothing. He also knew my husband has Alzheimer's this made my husband much worse..Steven was to be here to see if it was a Malfunction to the mattressThere again was a no-show my family and I will never do business here ever again...

My 80 year old mother needed a mattress, box springs, and headboard. She went by herself since my husband had just died (to give me a break). Both she and I had bought many pieces of furniture at Cozy before. She picked out a headboard, mattress and boxspring and paid $2000 in cash. It was supposed to arrive just before she moved in with me. Arrival date comes and goes. She needs a bed. She goes to Cozy, they apologize and said they will give her a refund. So she goes to another store and orders the bed and mattress set, but no refund from Cozy. I go to the store with her and we are assured a refund will be in the mail but the owner is busy and not answering calls. We wait. No refund. Weeks go by. The bed from the other company arrives. Still no refund from Cozy. My sister goes in they swear a refund is in the mail. Two weeks later it has not arrived. Another call comes several days later, swearing the check is really in the mail now. My mom is 80, disabled, on a fixed income and living with me. There is no refund check with Cozy. I would have seen it. She has bought many things from them before. She thought it was a handshake deal and trusted them. Gone, $2000, because my mom is old fashioned and paid cash and I was too deep in mourning the death of my husband to go with her and confirm a receipt.

I would never buy furniture at this place anymore, very poor quality. and the owners that is there he is nice to you when your buying furniture but after that he sees you in town and he don't know who and heck you are and you try to refresh his memory on the furniture that I recently bought from him and he still just walks away wow. now his wife you don't even need to be working there she is just plan up rude and very unprofessional. a while back they had a death in the family I totally understand when there is a death in the family it hurts but when you're trying to run a business you need to try to figure out some other way I'm just playing at being rude to their customers and yelling at them just like she did my wife. so we had an order and my wife just decided to call her back and tell her we were not interested no more on the product and then she got all nice wow. so we will take our business elsewhere and they are the Ramsey store in Corydon Indiana so if anybody reads this please check them out you will not be disappointed.

After calling multiple stores to price check mattresses I decided to go with Cozy. They were priced the best and offered free delivery, QUICKLY. We will buy from them again.
