I really love the folks here and they have great programs. They have been super helpful in person and online both! The customer service really goes above and beyond. They offer second chance banking for people who have less than stellar history with money.

I have gone through Woodforest Bank for over two years.I am always pleased with the service being given to me at any of their locations.I would say the some of the best pro's to this bank would be the following: typically no hidden fees, if you spend what is in your account it will subtract the amount immediately so there is no confusion over how much is currently in your account and lastly, I have never had an overdraft fee that I can recall.There were a couple of times that I was negative in my account and I simply had to pay the amount that I owed.I would recommend this bank over Chase and Wells Fargo any day of the week.No bs to deal with.

The assistant manager helped me open my account here at this location and she was the most amazing person ever, we had laughs and I even cried a little from laughing so hard, she was very professional, funny, kind and so much more I'm honestly glad I got to meet her it almost feels like I met a new friend already in Kentucky ! THATS WHAT YOU CALL BEING A GREAT MANAGER
