There is no service after the sale. Our office complex invested in an expensive LED sign structure. Issues went unresolved for months. Finally, the owner, Clint, suggested that they were, "too covered up," to come take a look. Called WAKY and they came out that day! Wiles seems to have missed the message that with such competition in the sign industry, customer service is paramount. I will not use these guys again for our office complex and will make sure other partner businesses and clients are aware of the poor service we received. Very disappointing. Spend your sign dollars elsewhere.
