“We’ve been club members for years. We’ve always had our car tires serviced by Sam’s. Since the pandemic the process for getting tires serviced has changed and the amount of staff in the service area has decreased. Now they’ve stooped to a new low. When you call to make an appointment you talk to someone in the Philippines rather than your local store. What used to take 5 minutes took 20 minutes with a bunch of needless questions. Very disappointing that paid club membership now gets you a foreign customer service agent. Incredibly sad!!!!”

We looked around and couldn’t find the equipment we was needing he got on his phone and help search other businesses to help find a faucet with a wall mount Pre-rinse. Everyone that I had searched was on back order. (Due to the shortage.)We purchase the rest of our equipment from Equipment Specialist.
