I have written reviews before but none have made me happier than writing a review for Wes Jones. I have been dealing with Wes for about a year now, and I have called him SO many times to help me with insurance needs I have had, with d*** questions, policy changes, adding vehicles, removing vehicles, homeowners insurance, you name it, and he has been nothing less than extraordinarily helpful, professional, and beyond friendly. I have recommended him to everyone who mentions needing insurance and I will continue to do so. He is a wonderful human, and a brilliant business man. I honestly cant speak highly enough. This is the place to go for insurance. 100%. I would give him more than 5 stars if it were an option.

I was originally introduced to Wes when I was trying to find insurance for a house--when I couldn't manage to make the house buying thing work, he offered help with my car insurance instead! Outside the fact that he's friendly, professional, and good at his job, he's also an incredibly kind and caring person. He has no problem going the extra mile to get you good rates or work with you, and he's never judgmental when you're going through a hard time. We've been working together since November of last year and he's always ready and willing to help. I once contacted him for help pretty late in the evening; I didn't expect a reply until the next day, but he started working on quotes for me immediately! He even got me an early bird deal, and he did it all while he was recovering form a cold... Seriously a great guy who does great work and deserves recognition for it.TLDR; He's literally the best. Contact him for ALL your insurance needs. Your life and insurance experience will be so much easier.

My parents had Wes help them in their process of not only finding homeowners insurance for their Bowling Green home, but making sure they have auto insurance ready for them upon arrival. Not only that, but he was able to discount them in anyway possible while giving any coverages they needed and wanted. Communication was open and welcoming which made getting any and all information smooth given that the move was from another state. Bless his services and would highly recommend him ?

I shopped around for insurance for about three months, then a friend recommended Wes. He has the most competitive rates and he was very knowledgeable. We chose him to cover our boat, home and autos and he’s been there to help every step of the way! I highly recommend Rocket!
