Was told and I asked for clarification just to make sure I understood... That if you buy a set of tires that are sold and shipped by Walmart, the installation is free. That's a lie.

So, pretty much everything is in case no matter what the value. More often than not, I don't buy whatever I need if it's in a case because they don't get back there to open the case very fast. And then there's the whole receipt checking thing that goes on on your way out, which i no longer take part in. I just told you a person at the door that I respectfully Decline and I don't even have to do that at this point that's the one that's closest to my house because they know I'm not going to stop and give them the receipt. I find both of these things insulting. The people who own this company are super wealthy, and I understand things get stolen, but you mistreat the honest customers in the process. I'm not speaking for everyone I just know that myself and a few other people in my family, how long is a few friends find absolutely no enjoyment in shopping there anymore and these are just a few of the reasons why. They ran out all the smaller businesses because they couldn't compete with them, now we're left with nothing but big box stores like this
