Never can get ahold of someone on the phone. I just stay on hold till they hang up. And on top of it the pharmacy lost my prescription 4 times. I am only giving 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option.

Pricing was misleading or just plain wrong on EVERY SINGLE ITEM I picked up. Cashier and manager had a genuine “I don’t give a **** attitude. Acted like I was crazy to believe the signs they posted. Ugh.

Using the pharmacy? DON'T
HAVING IT DELIVERED? DON'T
got a text on my phone finding out it was Uber. Said my package was on its way... delivered.... OK... spam text..?
So I called Wal-Greens pharmacy. I asked about my prescription... she looked it up.
I had remembered I paid to have it delivered last time. I asked her who is delivering it?
FED-Ex... I mentioned Uber did last time. So I got off the phone.
I checked the front door at the end of the day. No package. 9PM my door bell rings. My prescriptions got delivered way down the street and an older lady had brought it to me, said it was delivered to her house.
Is every one out there incompotent these days.. ?
I checked the package to make a call and saw the order was made for contactless delivery. Really? Medicine? Contact less delivery?
Every part of this transaction was muffed up from start to finish. That's the kind of people who will one day be running the country? OYG... sad....

Great customer service. I sent my spouse in to find something he found an employee and asked them to speak to me on the phone.I told herbwhatci needed and she found it for my spouse. Thank you.

Came in today after driving 45 minutes to get here. I made sure the 7 things I needed were in stock via the app right before leaving. I get there and 5 of the 7 things just aren't there despite the app saying it's actively in stock. So I check the app again to see if they're out of stock. NOPE lol. The dude says they won't check the back for anything. Maybe if it was 2007 I'd understand but 2024??? Come onnnnnnn

Schedule to get a flu shot at 4:30. Showed up 20 mins before appointment. Just in case if they need anything. 4:30 They lost the paperwork so now it's after the appointment time and still waiting. Go somewhere else!!

The pharmacy is terrible. They treat their customers poorly. Just go to a local pharmacy because the big chains are too big to be kind and patient.

I went to a place to have my Canadian passport photos taken. I gave the worker the necessary paperwork that clearly stated the correct dimensions and requirements for the photos. The worker looked through the paperwork and read it thoroughly. However, to my disappointment, the photos he printed for me were of the wrong dimensions. He informed me that they couldn't process passport photos from any other country, despite the fact that the Walgreens website indicated otherwise. It was a frustrating waste of time.
