Came in today after driving 45 minutes to get here. I made sure the 7 things I needed were in stock via the app right before leaving. I get there and 5 of the 7 things just aren't there despite the app saying it's actively in stock. So I check the app again to see if they're out of stock. NOPE lol. The dude says they won't check the back for anything. Maybe if it was 2007 I'd understand but 2024??? Come onnnnnnn

Schedule to get a flu shot at 4:30. Showed up 20 mins before appointment. Just in case if they need anything. 4:30 They lost the paperwork so now it's after the appointment time and still waiting. Go somewhere else!!

The pharmacy is terrible. They treat their customers poorly. Just go to a local pharmacy because the big chains are too big to be kind and patient.

I went to a place to have my Canadian passport photos taken. I gave the worker the necessary paperwork that clearly stated the correct dimensions and requirements for the photos. The worker looked through the paperwork and read it thoroughly. However, to my disappointment, the photos he printed for me were of the wrong dimensions. He informed me that they couldn't process passport photos from any other country, despite the fact that the Walgreens website indicated otherwise. It was a frustrating waste of time.

This Walgreens pharmacy no computer access for 2 days to process orders. No date when system will be working. Why wasn’t there a notice online or on phone message. The answer I got is because that is up to corporate. It is now after 5pm and I will not be able to contact my Dr. Poor customer service.

This location is terrible! It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot.The pharmacy has had computers down for almost a week unable to fill prescription that they went ahead and billed insurance for, creating huge problems for anyone who actually needs their medicine.They should just fire the terrible staff and tear the building down.

So annoying. Sometimes I have to call to renew my monthly prescription, sometimes I don’t. Every time they tell me it’s ready, I show up and it’s not. Such a waste of time and their attitude is always like they enjoy being an inconvenience. Can’t wait to switch my doctor so he stops sending my prescriptions to this Walgreens I never agreed to.
