Went to Walgreens on the by pass and the lady (Alexis ) at window was so rude as hell started talking about where I live to her coworkers while I was walking in, I confronted her she was like oh no I wasn’t talking about u . keep in mind I ain’t updated my address in 6 years bc I haven’t got sick in long time , i didn’t know what address I had on file .

Gosh! I haven’t never meet so many rude disgusting people in my life! They don’t run your insurance correctly and they just simple tell you we can’t help you! So I went to Walgreens on scottsville rd and imagine I get the same treatment but nope, she got me fixed right up and told me what that Walgreens did wrong! I hate FREAKING hate the thought of going to the bypass Or Nashville road store! They definitely need to be retrained and taught some respect! I could understand if I was being nasty or unfriendly but they are just this way from the start!

Needed to talk to the pharmacy so I called and was put on hold. After five minutes I was growing impatient. After ten I was getting annoyed. At nineteen minutes the music/message changed but no one had picked up. At twenty-six minutes it just changed to a plain phone ring. At twenty-eight minutes the call disconnected.

They are the slowest pharmacy ever even when they have a million people there. Half the time prescriptions aren’t filled when they are supposed to be and it’s like pulling teeth to get it done. Then half the time the customer service is just absolutely horrible and they don’t care about people at all… When you have a problem and try to address it with them they get rude like you did something wrong!! Then out of no where want to change rules on how they do things and mess with people’s medicines like it’s no big deal when in fact it is!!!! There is only one person that I have dealt with in there that has took time to actually help me and be helpful, but other than that it’s ridiculous!! They really need to DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

Never an easy experience. Always a struggle. Been waiting 2 hours for my child's cough medicine. Keep being told it will be ready in 30 min. Terrible pharmacy.

The two stars are for being open on a holiday...What I don't understand is how this location is at least 20% more expensive than the local Walgreens at home. Things that make you go hmmm

I went today. I guess a few minutes after they closed (I didn’t reAlize) and there were a couple in front of me grabbing a prescription. So I stood in line, they left and I waited for them check me out. But instead the lady at the window walks over and proceeds to shut the window in my face, all while making complete eye contact with me. A simple “I’m sorry we just closed” would have been sufficient enough for me to walk away without a second thought and come back tomorrow. As I needed something from the store anyway so I didn’t really waste a trip. But nope I got nothing. Very unprofessional and the young main who was waiting to get his prescription they were waiting on from the side door they were extremely rude to. I would not recommend this place. It’s not the first unpleasant experience.

Doesn't matter what time of day. I ALWAYS wait 50mins + in the pharmacy drive thru. I have no idea why they take so long but it's ridiculous..!If someone is waiting for their script to be filled. Then make them loop around. Keep the line moving! I got places to be..

The wait time every time I come here is beyond terrible. There's a line wrapped around the building and the movement of the line is extremely slow. Expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour.

I have literally waiting in line for 1.5 hours to get a prescription filled. The line behind me is 15 cars long and one person is working at 4:30pm. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They also advertise being open 24/7 but are not.
