I went to the store on the 22nd to exchange a bra my sister gifted to me for Christmas the day before. The lady checked to see what the bra was worth, as I did not have the receipt, she said that is was only 18$, it was in clearance. So I told her I wanted to check with my sister to make sure that's what she had paid. My sister confirmed that is what she paid so I went back on the 26th to continue the exchange. I picked my exchange bra while my husband held my place in line, the store was very busy, there was a huge line. When it was my turn I told the lady my intent to exchange the gifted bra for the one I had picked out and pay the difference. She was pleasant and called for a guy named Dawson,and she told him word for word, what I just said to her. Dawson fondles the bra as if he is trying to see if the stuffing is still in it, looks up and tells me in his best pretentious manner "uh I cannot take this bra back bc it smells like smoke" well first off he didn't even smell it, unless he smells though his finger tips, second I don't smoke, and third, what the? I told him we don't smoke and the tags r on it, no one has worn it. He tells me again it stinks and it's against policy,I told him I'd never been treated like this I. This store and he tells me "he won't take it back bc he won't be able to get the stitch out' I have been buying mine and my two daughters bras here at this store since I was 17, my sister exclusively shops there, the entire family does, and we spend a lil more than the average bc we need specif cuts for beauty pageants, and I, nor anyone I know has ever had an issue with this store and their exchange policy. On top of that he is embarrassing me, I front of other customers. I told him the lady on Thursday was not given me issues about taken it back....suddenly he says "oh well I guess we can do it that way" what way? He exchanges it for the bra I picked and I pay the difference, which is what I wanted in the first place, and the only thing that could have been done. Then he trys to stuff my 36C into the tiniest 3X3inch bag, I swear. I told him to give me the bag that I brought in. He did and I told him I needed his name bc I have never been treated this way in this store. I normally love this store, everyone is super nice, I have never seen this guy before but he claims he has been there since 2012. If I had to deal with him Everytime I entered the store, I would never be back, which is a shame bc I love the quality of the product, that is why I don't mind paying a little more. But I won't spend my money anywhere that I am treated like I'm disgusting, and embarrassed, who would? Pls do something about Dawsons. Teach him how to treat VS customers with respect. I just bought a 56$ strapless bra there 3weeks ago. I am a loyal customer, but that employee is so awful that I wouldnt shop there if the bras were free.

My fiancé has been in there numerous of times and has come out numerous of times with the security sensor still on cloths. Called and the man answered the phone and said we can use a strong magnet to get it off which we did. But this time we did and it left a finger size hole in the blouse. They need to do better at checking to make sure all the security sensors or off the cloths. That is the only reason they are getting a one star

NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER WASTE TIME ON AN ONLINE ORDER!!!. The store was fine the customer service in store great. Had to place an order online because store was out... 3 to 5 business days has turned into 17days with the 6th email stating it will be another 6... everytime the arrival date arrives I get another emails saying there's a new date. Their customer service line is clearly clueless and can barely read monitors they have been no help. Finally just demanded my money back wish me luck they said it would take 3-5days?????? Victoria's Secret is that they'll take your money and never send you your order! Also be prepared cuz as soon as I called their help line the first time... same day I started getting scam calls.

I went there 12/3/22 and spoke to the manager about what I overheard an employee say the day before about the prices carrying over throughout the weekend to another customer and asked about a particular sale that was $2 lower the day before and was given pure attitude!! She was even rude as I left.. This store depending on who’s working at the time has always given me this unwelcoming feeling anyways.. Unfortunately many stores elsewhere have closed so I’m limited to where I can shop now.. Ppl tend to follow ppl of color around the store.. Depending on the crew!! This lady had the worst attitude of them all you would’ve thought I made up the fact that those items were less the day prior or that the lady didn’t say what she said by the way she responded!!! There’s no reason for that attitude when a customer is only asking a question.. To make matters worse, as I left, the sarcasm was even worse!! All customers should be treated equally and without the sarcasm!!!
