This place has scarred me. I was the first client on a Friday morning. The station was dirty and covered in residue of everything. My nail tech was an older gentleman who took a smoke break while I soaked off my dip. He came in and did not wash his hands before servicing me. After I soaked off my dip, he poured the used acetone back into its original container.
That should have been my sign to leave but I didn’t want to be rude. I endured an hour of him grinding off the excess amount of dip he put on my nails with his drill. They look horrible and were double the length they are now before I went in.
I would not recommend!

Sorry for the long post….
I have never had to do something like this before.
I use to come there a lot because they use to be the best in town. But the last time I went I made an appointment for 11:30am. When I showed up there was a group of girls who showed up at the same exact time as me. I waited at the front for 20 plus minutes before being taken back to a pedi chair. Once I was placed at the chair I seen the group of girls get sat and immediately started on while I was left to wait another 20 plus minutes and the water my feet were in got cold. I became frustrated because I had to get to work and I wasn’t even acknowledged. After some time a man came over to start on me and the nail tech beside him told him no and to start somewhere else. I spoke with an owner and was told they were there before me. After some time a man came over and began cutting my toe nails without asking the shape I wanted I felt him going short so I let him know my desired shape was square to which I was informed “it was too late” followed by him throwing his hands and he continued rounding them. When it came to filing he burned me 2x with the file and when I let him know it hurt he just kept going. Fast forward to the end and I’m just ready to leave. I was charged for 45 when my deluxe pedi was only supposed to be 40 but I was charged the extra 5 for removing my toe nail polish I also left with extremely patchy polish and rounded toes. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon. When I reached out to the salon the very next day I was told they could have never have done that but if I wanted to come In they could give me $10 off but that they could not give me my money back. Which again I feel like extremely unprofessional considering I would never make a guest pay for something they did not like at all let alone charge them again to fix it. I will never be back but I just wanted to warn others! Also forgot to mention the mail tech took the clippers he was using on me and swished them around my dirty foot water and placed them back in the basket.

VERY UNHAPPY ☹️ I asked for coffin nails didn’t get I asked for a certain design, even with showing a picture didn’t get. my nails looks like I did my own instead of a shop The only thing she was thinking about 5$ this and 5$ that smh and I was okay with paying what I had to ??♀️ I did say something and all three ppl got mad ? with me for saying my nails were not done right I paid but I’m wrong for speaking up look at this

Went with my mom to get my nails done this morning… clearly was placed with someone who didn’t know how to do the service I requested (2 stars because he was nice and he did try) I left with 7 layers of dip powder on my nails and I’m pretty sure they could break through glass. The top coat is also ridiculously patchy. I used to go here all the time and really expected better service. If someone doesn’t know how to do a job, they shouldn’t be made to do it. I didn’t want to embarrass him by saying anything in the store, and this is also why I won’t be posting pictures. Do better… my mom’s nails look great so I know someone there knows how to do the job.

The lady I had was more on the butch side short hair , I don’t know her name . She did a really good job on my nails but made me feel really uncomfortable , she got upset that I accidentally push my nails up to far where you dry your nails and I asked her multiple times , did I ruin all of them ? And she proceeded to ignore me or when I talk to her . I got white tips btw the way and I tipped her anyway but she’s not very friendly to new people at all and won’t talk to you when you talk to her

Eric did my nails and they were so gentile and did such a good job!! I showed the design I wanted and they did exactly what I wanted! Definitely coming back!

ZERO StarsVERY VERY DISAPPOINTED??ABSOLUTELY the worst pedicure that I ever had. EVER!!!! From start to finish, it was literally 12 minutes. The tech was putting lotion and oil on my legs right after she barely clipped nails. I had to keep pointing out things that were not even touched. And the she acted like she didn’t understand when I told her about it. I talked to a guy there over the phone, his response was just short of not saying nothing at allThe floor area behind the pedicure stations along the wall is filthy.

On my wife's birthday, I made an appointment and took her there. We have a bunch of kids and grandkids, and she doesn't get to do things for herself as much these days, so she was super excited. She came to the car crying and cried the whole way home. While getting her manicure, she expressed that she didn't like the color. The lady smiled and nodded and kept going. She asked for longer nails (tips or something, idk I'm a dude), and she smiled and kept going. Thinking she was misrembering the process, my wife watched on as she put this horrible color on her short nails and them stood up and asked for the $50. My wife said "no, you can't leave them like this" and the lady walked off. We still paid but will not go back. This feels like a language barrier maybe.

I love how my nails turn out!!! They were very friendly. The salon has a positive and upbeat energy that adds to the overall experience. I wish I could give more than five stars! Love Venus Nail & Spa I've gotten gel and regular manicures and both have lasted a long time

They took great care to make sure everything was perfect! Very happy I chose this place. If you love getting your nails done or even if it’s just your first time. you HAVE to try Venus Nail! The best pedicure experience I’ve had! I’m excited to recommend it to my friends and family due to their fantastic service and craftsmanship.

I am so happy with my nails. The staff members are patient and attentive, ensuring all your needs are met. This salon is clear and the service was fantastic! So glad I ended up at Venus Nail & Spa! I've gotten gel and regular manicures and both have lasted a long time

These are probably the best full set I've had and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They all do an amazing job! I’ll definitely be coming back Venus Nail & Spa! Best mani ever! Never to thick and looks natural
