I feel like these guys get a bad rap. Yeah, the no one ever picking up the phone knocks their rating down to 3 stars. However, every time I go, they are always very kind and helpful and they get me in and out when I sell something on ebay in a minute or less. If you can go there in person, these guys are great.

Customer Service is damn near inaccessible. 0 help with issues. Says my package can’t be delivered because my driveway is inaccessible.

This city seriously needs to be investigated for the amount of packages that are marked delivered and the carrier either “loses” the package or delivers to wrong location. My daughter has been fighting with them for the past 3 days because the carrier marked the package as delivered in locker but did not put the locker key in her mailbox. For all we know he put the key in the wrong mailbox and the package is now stolen. All in all this has been the biggest disappointment. The carrier didn’t even stop to deliver any mail yesterday, we sat outside to confront him but he literally just drove past with no deliveries.The postmaster needs to get involved, the ball gets dropped too many times.

Worst postal experience in my 68 years. Incorrect mail , does not put parcels in parcel lockers but jams them into regular mail, mail from CA took 15days. Some postal workers are great but uneven service

THEE WORST DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!! some idiot marked my package as delivered but didn’t put the locker key i. my mailbox so my package was stolen. i hate every single person that works at this establishment. WHOEVER LOST MY PACKAGE YOUR MOTHER WILL COUGH IN 7 DAYS

I cannot stress this enough. Do NOT come here for your passport services. Not only is scheduling your appointment slot online the most difficult part (neither myself or fiancé got confirmation codes, thus “we weren’t on the book”)…scheduling your appointment in person doesn’t guarantee your time slot either! I came in at 12:50 for my 1pm appointment that I got text approval for, and I was told the passport service woman was on lunch. I wait until 1 for when she was supposed to come back, no one. Waited until 1:20 when the 1:30 appointment group came up and I told them she still wasn’t available. Finally the 1:30 appointment said something to the postal team and minutes later the gate rolls up. I had been waiting since 12:50 to even SEE if my 1pm appointment was on her book or not. Since I wasn’t, I was SHOOED AWAY rudely. When I had arrived at 12:50, no one was in line. If she had been there at 1 like she should’ve been, I would’ve only taken 10 minutes (as the website advertises) because I had all my paperwork filled out electronically and all my personal forms needed to process the application. Then, I saw the 1:30 spot get PUSHED BACK even though their slot was “guaranteed”? Absolutely would not recommend coming here.

Have been trying to get a package from lock box for the past three days and the key does not work. Left a note to the postman and he answered key does work. I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to turn the key to no avail. This is a present for a child, now have to explain why it is not not here yet

If I could give zero stars I would. This is THE WORST post office I’ve ever dealt with. They are always returning my packages to sender with the excuse of an “incorrect address” when that’s untrue. I get packages here and I see packages at other people’s door also. They don’t even attempt to deliver a package. This has been an ongoing issue for MONTHS!

If I could get packages through anyone else, I would. A month ago I ordered something that was too large to fit in my mailbox, so in my instructions I asked that it be delivered to the door, and if not the door, the parcel locker at the mailboxes, AND IF NOT THAT LOCKER, the front office because my office will accept packages for residents. Instead, I got a note in my mailbox saying “sorry we missed you”, which made no sense as it did not need to be signed for, and even if it needed to be, I was home all day and there was never a knock at the door. So I go to USPS online and schedule it to be redelivered the next day. Next day, not delivered. I give the benefit of the doubt and wait another day. Not delivered. So I go to the website and it says I have to pick it up from the post office. When picking up the package, my husband asks why it was never delivered, the desk lady says they’re not required to bring packages to the door if you live up any stairs. Fine, but that doesn’t explain the note left, the fact that there were other options for leaving my package, or why it was never redelivered. Fast forward to this week, I order a couple packages from Amazon, they’re all set to get here on the same day. 3 small packages, could probably be carried with one arm. Date of delivery, Amazon says they’re out for delivery, I get a notification from USPS saying they’re out for delivery. One of the three items were delivered to my door, no note left this time for the remaining two packages. No idea why they could deliver one and not all. So again, I schedule for them to be delivered 2 days later to give them time to get everything reorganized since I know it’s the holidays, I know things are hectic. And AGAIN, no package delivery. I would pay good money to have anyone else deliver my packages. USPS is incredibly unreliable.

I have lived here for a year and the few times I’ve dealt with them the ‘lady’ at the front has been an absolute witch, and I’ve been nothing but cordial and not asking for anything from them. Simply sending a package. A normal customer. There’s no reason for ugliness as if she hates life. Then when I try calling a month later for something, they don’t answer several times and then start picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. Unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Yesterday morning (Friday) I received an email that my package was out for delivery at 6:01 am. Then I got an email that it would be delivered between 11am and 12:45 pm. Well, the mail came, but my package did not. Then I received another email at 2:41 pm that it went back to the post office!!!!I checked again to see when it would be delivered and the tracking system said 7pm.Well, it still had not arrived at that time and was going to be delivered today (a day later on Sat).I got up this morning and received an email that it was delivered last night after midnight!!!!!! Who delivers mail that late?!?!?!?!I went to the mailbox at 9:30 am and sure enough, my package was sitting in my mailbox!!!!I can't even call the post office to complain to management about this, so I guess they're going to feel my wrath in person.

To whom it concerns. Lock boxes get jammed closed/shut almost unable to open WHEN you do this...My sisters Xmas gift btw, so not like you weren't already on my naughty list.
