The customer service at this branch is non existent - you cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Even for a business account. Branch Staff would not let an authorized associate make a deposit to the business account. They didn't call to verify or attempt to resolve the issue in any way, simply reversed the transaction and would not let us deposit. For now we're stuck using US Bank, I hope we can move away from it back to a decent local bank.

Meant to pay my credit card bill on my break at work. I got busy, lost track of time, and was 12 minutes late on making my payment. They then charged me a $40 late fee for a secured credit card that only has a $300 spending limit. I called the number on the back of my card and sit on hold for 30 minutes to just find out that they wouldn’t do anything about it. Not only that, but the woman I spoke to on the phone actually got a smart attitude with me about it. I’ve been a U.S. Bank customer for a very long time. But after today I will be paying my credit card off and cutting it up. My advice is to just go somewhere else. There’s a lot better banks out there that actually take care of their customers.

This bank wants $7.00 to cash their own checks if you do not have an account with them. It was a check from US Bank. ? No thank you have a nice day! The Kroger right behind the Bank charges $4.00

Staff is really friendly but the wait-times at the drive-through are insane and the ATM rarely allows me to deposit money for some reason.

This branch provides some of the best customer service in the city. They remember your name and have assisted me in so many ways. Most recently when there was suspected fraud on my cc they called NY and arranged a three way with their fraud prevention office.

Incompetent staff. Trying to avoid pending overdraft fees, I asked if depositing money into my account would waive the overdraft fees and I did not get a solid answer, only answer I could get is “I’m not sure” or “wait until the fees are applied” (when they definitely can’t be waived). They have always been polite, but bankers need to be competent, otherwise loyal customers could wind up in debt, especially when you are laid off due to a pandemic and keep having more overdraft fees applied.

I've been to this branch several times and each time I bet told something different. I'm not allowed to do a cashier check through the drive thru? But I did it last month.. they can be snarky and just tell you to come inside for almost anything. I wouldnt recommend coming to this one if your not wanting to go inside the branch to do your business.. we just moved here from across the state and this is very disappointing.

I opened an account here 3 weeks ago with zero issues. Signed up for direct deposit and a day before my direct deposit was supposed to hit, they closed my account with no explanation and put me in a huge bind considering I don't carry cash. The manager refused to speak to me. And I was refused my money right there. They told me it was protocol to mail the money I had in my account to me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank here.

If you love paying account fees this is the bank for you! Ridiculous monthly fees for even the most basic accounts, charge a monthly fee on a savings account that pays a nominal rate so low you lose money. Closed all my US Bank accounts of 15+years and moved to banks that don't charge fees for anything, encourage savings, and pay a realistic interest rate. Staff here are pretty lackadaisical and the laughed reply of "there is nothing we can do about account fees, they are just part of doing business with us" as to why all the account fees were popping up was the ultimate catalyst to leave, so I thank them for their service.
