No response from web inquiry. Had asked about the price of a chair and never got a response. If you're not willing to respond to emails the prices should be posted on the website. Is this a precursor to standard of customer service?

I bought a Speed Queen washer recently.Clothes are so much cleaner!!The delivery guys were so kind. Water had leaked from my old washer… what a mess! They cleaned it all up with no complaints.My entire experience with United Furniture Co from Mike to delivery guys has been excellent!!

I had been looking for furniture for my new home. I had been to all the larger furniture stores in town and found nothing with the quality and price I liked. I suddenly remembered a family owned furniture store downtown. I walked in was greeted friendly and found exactly what I was looking for in style, quality and price. My brother in law had the exact same expeience.

We bought a sofa at a great price here. Pat was incredibly helpful and great to work with. When we got the sofa home, one of the recliners wasn’t working and United sent someone out to fix it asap. Will definitely be back for future purchases!
