Love Sadé! This was my second time getting my hair cut and styled by her, and she never disappoints. I have long, thick hair that can be a lot to manage, but Sadé never makes me feel like a burden—in fact, she genuinely appreciates it. She listens to what I want, never cuts it too short, and always makes sure I leave feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend!

First time getting my brows laminated and I love the results, I was in good hands with sadè she told me everything she was going to do before hand, I let her know what I wanted and didn’t want and she did absolutely amazing! Can’t wait for my 4 week touch up!

Jennie was amazing and very knowledgeable with both makeup and skincare. it’s refreshing to see someone who can relate to me and help me with finding the right shade and right products for my skin. she was running around helping everyone but when she got to me she was kind and gave me a warm smile. i went in there nervous but came out very happy. went in for one thing and came out with a bunch of stuff she recommended. her energy was amazing and would definitely come in to shop again and hope to be assisted by her again! service was 10/10 and experience was 10/10

I got the trio done with Gracie, and she did amazing!!! It was the first time I’ve had a tint and lamination done. She took her time and had great attention to detail.

I had a bad experience, I called ahead to ask about using the Klarna one time credit card,they said they take it but it has to be manually put in under credit card on register but they refused to do this and I contacted Klarna and the store should accept it. They acted like I was shady said to try online when I came back after trying online which didn’t show the items were in stock even though I had them in hand, I grabbed a couple things and just was going to pay with different card but at the register this girl kept saying no gift cards and double asked only me like we don’t take gift cards ?. I wasn’t even trying to use a gift card it’s a credit card and I felt embarrassed and angry, I’ve always paid just fine so rude and maybe need to educate themselves

Booked with a manager by phone. Was told the $47 haircut included the styling. Sydney didn't offer. Employees don't understand the services offered. The manager not accommodating, small discount was applied. The attitude and being stared at by the stylist very unprofessional.

My visit was unpleasant. Let’s start by no one welcomes customers as they walk in. Employees avoid eye contact instead of offering help. The store is dishevel and dusty. Management needs to step up!
