They made an appointment 2 weeks out and when I showed up they didn't have the parts to do anything, I wasted an hour driving there... I was not notified at all and they had my phone number. They could have at least told me to not waste my time and gas

My iPhone locked up on me while I was out working today. Screen was unresponsive. Brought it into this shop in a low-grade panic.Space was very clean—no line at all. Fellah up front was pleasant, performed a simple software reset, and had me on my way with no charge inside a few minutes.Showed me how to perform the fix myself, too, without being the least bit condescending or dismissive.Not a complicated issue, mind you. But based on how smooth that experience was, I’m sure I’ll be back if ever my phone is in need of some real serious help.
