Honestly, it was a great hotel. And good stay. The only complaint is the beds. It was so hard and uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me. But for all the nice updates and newer style rooms. It sucks that the beds are so firm. Take that away, and the rest was all positive. Don't let that keep you from booking. It's a great deal. I just wanted to share that. And for any EV owners. They have charging stations, which is a nice amenity.Rooms: Clean and updated.Food & drinks: Near a lot of restaurants and the mall.

Very reasonable pricing for a one night stay. We were promptly greeted by a very friendly and cordial gentleman. He gave us all the current details. King size beds. Nice sized rooms. Modern touches everywhere. I am not used to all of the hard surfaces but that is just me and something I have to get used to. The chair in the room was wild. I highly recommend you consider Tru Bowling Green if you are in the area.

Nice hotel for a short stay. Games in lobby were a nice plus. Breakfast was fair, nothing special, biscuits would have been a huge plus. Shower was really nice. Super clean.

In a pretty convenient location, this hotel has modern, friends-friendly, and family-friendly vibes. Since Hilton’s app and self check-in and out service with the app is efficient, the front desk staff are pretty much hands off until you need them. If you stare at the receptionist long enough, they might smile and talk to you.The room we had was fine, I especially liked the coat rack, but complaints are we could hear our neighbor’s coughs in our room.. Too bad that if you want to read before sleeping, the only light switch near the bed was the one above the only night stand. Plus, there were no separated lights, so once you switch it on, all 4 -really bright- lights will come on, make others in bed suffer…We enjoyed what the lobby area had to offer, and Hilton hotel’s breakfast doesn’t disappoint!!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The AC system worked very well and kept the room consistent. Breakfast has a good variety and was good. The shower could've used better cleaning. There was mold in the bottom and the foot rest was dirty.I was also disappointed that we had a do not disturb sign on our door but housekeeping still knocked on our door at 9am. What's the point of the signs if you're going to ignore them? Some of us like to sleep in.

The hotel was very clean. However the rooms are much smaller than expected. The heated pool isn't heated at all. During breakfast there was absolutely no zero sugar items or sugar alternatives for a diabetic. And the second night we was there we went to get towels the front desk employee was arguing with a guest for quiet some time. So we had to wait to even get towels.Rooms: The rooms are far smaller than you'd expect. They are crowded and way over priced for what they are.Nearby activities: The hotel is located in a great spot close to lots of things.Food & drinks: The breakfast wasn't exactly great. It was pretty standard as far as free breakfast go. My daughter is a diabetic and there were no sugar alternatives anywhere to be found.

I had booked a double queen room a month before travel date and the time of check in they called and said they didn’t have a room available we were traveling from out of state. They offered us to separate rooms which it was my husband and I also our daughter so that wouldn’t work then offered to walk us next door and get us a room at a different hotel but we were with a group of people so we wanted to stay with them not in another place. The front desk guy Rob then proceeded to tell me not to be upset here we are out of state and no room and then he hung up on me.

I went here two weeks ago and had a good stay. It was just when I had checked out. After I checked out I realized I had forgotten my body pillow there.MIND YOU THIS IS MY LATE GRANDMOTHER'S PILLOW. IT IS THE ONLY THING I HAVE LEFT OF HER.I called to see if I could have it shipped and they said they would call me back. I NEVER got a call back. When I had to call the next day, they supposedly "never found it" and told me to call the next day when the cleaning manager was available. When I called back I was put on hold for over an hour. When they got back to me, there was apparently "never a body pillow" in the room. I know it was on the bed folded in half! Don't go to these people!!

Staying for the weekend for a reunion and it started out okay until our original room door got stuck and broke with all of our stuff in the room. Fine whatever they accommodated us and gave us a different room well we got back and our key was for a occupied room luckily it’s someone who was apart of our party we walked in on. So I went to the front desk to tell Rob who was working only to be accused of trying to get a free room? And then told to stop being angry when I was calmly trying to explain the situation and on top of that every time I’d talk he’d interrupt me and tell me to shush that he just got here. And then I was privately telling a family member what he said when he chimed in so rudely and said “sweetheart this is my hotel and you need to stop being angry or I will kick you all out of my hotel I won’t tolerate it” tolerate what? Us talking privately ? He’s absolutely rude to customers . I’ve seen half of the reviews on here about him seriously how does he still have a job it’s ridiculous at this point . Other staff are fine and accommodating except for Rob. Management needs to get him under control he completely ruined our trip. And on top of that I saw him hang up on a customer after arguing with her .

Great spot! We've claimed this as our middle point now for road trips to the northeast. Safe, quiet, clean, and very trendy. Lots of booths set up downstairs for more private phone conversations. Highly recommend!

I stayed there with my family for two nights and we found bedbugs in room #205 to be exact. We even took a picture of one of the bedbugs and showed it to them in the hotel and the response we got was that they investigated and found no bedbugs in the room. I don’t advise anyone to stay there.Rooms: BedbugsNoteworthy details: Bedbugs
