It was just a horrible experience from start to finish. In retrospect I should have just gotten up and left. I had a gentleman who was my technician and it was just a horrible experience. First, he said I had gel on my nails and that I lied to him when I said I just wanted a pedicure. Let me just say I've never had gel in my nails even once. Once he realized he was wrong he just shook his head and started working. He then told me he wouldn't cut my nails as he thought they were short enough and he handed me the clippers and suggested that I cut them myself. I told him that if I wanted to cut them myself I could have stayed home and given myself a pedi. In addition, he cut me on two of my toes one of which is still healing. Do not go here they are awful. And, as I left he said see you next time. I looked right at him and I said NOT.

Went in with 2 of my friends to get our finger nails done. We drove an hr to get there because all the nail salons in our small town are closed on Sundays. They were very rude,rough,and it wasn't a sanitary place. Our nails to say look awful is an understatement. The prices they have listed on their board were cheaper than what they charged us. Most definitely would not recommend and will never be going back.

My best friend and I went in after work to get a full set because we’d been there before and they were awesome. This time however, they were TERRIBLE. Both sets are awful, the shaping, the service, the price was for some reason an extra $10. It was a PAINFUL service, I had 2 fingers bleeding and all the others are very sore because my technician was very rough! It was extremely unsanitary, they dip their brushes in the same jar of monomer for everyone, they don’t pour a little in anything to use it. While sitting there, another lady was sitting next to my best friend and asked them for a file to use ON HER FEET, and they give it to her, she filed her foot, not toenail, FOOT, and then the file was put back up on the desk to be used again on someone else… let’s not forget to mention, my best friend asked for coffin shape, as did I, they filed her nail too much and just went ahead and done an almond shape, and did not file them down at all afterwards. There’s acrylic on her skin under her nails. It’s just awful.Service: Acrylic nails

I waited to write a review for this business in order to calm down. I understand that when you work all day with feet, you probably won't be in the best of moods by the end of your day. However, when I say "excuse me, the water is BURNING my feet", and the response I get is "yeah yeah", never once looking up from their phone, that is not the way you want to treat a paying customer. Then, moving on to another customer when you are clearly not finished with my nails, having to have someone else finish up your work, strike two. You do not get a third one from me. There are plenty of other nail salons in town that would be more than happy to see a paying customer walk in the door AND plenty her know how to treat people with respect. Top Nails should have a class on respect. Pit your phone down and learn how to treat your customers. Horrible service. Please go elsewhere.

The guy that did my nails was rude and condescending, the nails were too thick and the lengths were 1/4" uneven. I've heard the girls are much better but I won't be back.

Always love goin here. This was harder for me this time bc it was 1st time goin since my mother in law passed away & this was always something we did together so I missed her not being with me but they always have done an amazing job on my nails & can do pretty much anything you want. They have a reward card that you get marked each time you spend more than $15 & then when it's full you get $10 off the next visit I think so that's great & it's just great place to get a Mani/Pedi or full set of nails. Thank you Tommy & Tina for always being so friendly!!

This is my 3rd visit getting my nails done. Everytime I've come before i go to the guy. And he asks me if i want gel nail polish.i always say no because i don't want to pay extra.i work in a factory my nails won't last. This time a girl took me and she didn't ask anything she just put the gel on and it looks horrible. Oh they said yes it dries fast it looks horrible. Also i get my nails done today and one breaks opening a plastic bag. I will be going tomorrow after work to complain. They charged me 45 dollars for one new tip and fill in. Last time it was 30 with 2 new tips and a fill in. I'm very dissatisfied. I will post what they say. It's sad though i have to go after my 10 hour shift, had they did the job right i could go home and relax.
