TKO is fast and has excellent quality work. Went in today to get a custom shirt for my son for school and they were working on the design before I left the building and had the shirt completely done in just a few hours. Will definitely keep my business here!!

I had ordered from this place before they did great the first time. Second time, I sent a detailed email of my order with the new logo attached to it that way they can see the color and new name of the company. I don’t believe they bothered to open the attachment at all. I asked them to fix the color and name on the shirts. They said they would fix it. After a couple weeks, the shirts were still incorrect color and they still managed to get the company name wrong.

Would not recommend. We had multiple jobs with a quick turn. TKO assured us that they could meet our deadlines - they over promised and under delivered. Not only were they late on delivering (to the wrong location) but the shirts were wrong. Our frustrations were obviously high since it had the potential to affect our business and cost us a huge client. We were accused of being rude so they purposefully delayed our order even further (very professional). Our client finally received the correct product a week after their event and the quality was terrible. We were given the runaround throughout the entire process. It was stressful and did not work out in the end. If you send emails don't expect a reply. I've reached out regarding money they owe us for the replacement shirts that we had to order so they could fix their mistake and they aren't responding. The frustration continues.UPDATE: 9/28/23 multiple follow up emails were sent and unanswered so I called to be sure the rest of our blank goods were being sent to our new printer. I was almost immediately interrupted by Kerry, the owner, to which I said "please don't cut me off". This man had the audacity to get loud with me, ask me if I listen (reminder, he interrupted me...the customer...that he failed to complete jobs for) and then told me to call back when I could talk to him with some sense. I will admit, I had some choice words for him...as any woman should after being spoken to that way. So when my male business partner...and husband...called Kerry said "if she would have just shut up and listen". I have never been spoken to this way, especially by someone I'm doing business with. This is not a professional establishment. He will over promise, under deliver, give you poor quality, etc. and then when you bring it to his attention he will shrug his shoulders and take no ownership. I have read reviews - I'm glad that there are people that have had good experiences but believe the bad reviews - they're consistent with what we experienced.

We were so impressed and grateful for the fantastic service we received from TKO. First, they answered the phone every time we called. Second, they offered sound advice for making our t-shirt design look the best and had a great idea about another product we were considering. Third, they completed our order of about 100 t-shirts, sweatshirts, and beach towels in less than one week! Fourth, their prices were slightly lower than 3 other places we’d spoken with. I can’t say enough good things about TKO.

Horrible service here, not good customer service and prices change. I went in and wanted to see how much it would be for a few shirts I got a price ok. I went and got the shirts I wanted printed on. When I came back and wrote up what I wanted the lady said ok they should be ready in a few days. I called 3 days later, I got the response of sorry the lady that is doing the order isn't in. Ok, I give it 2 more days call back lady is out and will be back next week. Hmmmm, ok call back following week want to see how long now. I get we are behind but working on it. I then ask what's my total again, see if maybe with all the trouble they may have given me a small discount after everything and my total they gave me was way more then what I was told the day I came in. I explained that and was told I would have to talk to some guy. How can the price change I have it wrote down right here what I was told the day I dropped off. Then I am told it's because I brought my own I and didn't purchase the shorts they had for sale there. How much sense does that make!? So I said we'll sense you haven't started on them, don't I'm coming to pick them up. They were rude and unprofessional. I have taken my business somewhere else. 1 had to give 1 start I would rather give none.

Excellent business (for picking up ordered pkgs), just DO NOT go on Saturdays. Very unprepared, unprofessional employee working. I had to waste the time and gas of the person who was kind enough to bring me with two separate trips and STILL couldn't get my pkgs!?! I came back Monday and was in and out in 5 mins with ALL of my pkgs! I love the regular weekday staff! Not only prepared to handle your business but, actually interact in a very nice way! *(Based on wkday staff I'd give a 4; the 3 is only an average between wkday 4, and wknd 2ish.)

TKO is primarily a design shop with T-shirts, poster, and banners. That is just what I could see. I'm sure they do other things as well. I was there with my daughter to pick up a UHAUL truck, It was ready and clean and the owner was great and expedient. Great experience.
