Employees park by the door making customers park away from the building which is backwards from everywhere else.
The store is "ok" some areas are very unorganized, bathrooms are awful!!

I wish they would more consistant carrying items and keeping them in stock from mens cologne to specialty teas.
Update: I was finally able to get my mens cologne they never kept stocked and tea selection is better, but I couldn't get assistance at the locked cologne case even after pushing the assistance device attached to it and finally had to flag down a cashier to get assistance and still had to wait an additional 10 more minutes for that??

This particular store feels cramped and there are issues with the building... The lights are rattling and the sound system is straight out of a b movie scene with to loud, cracking, etc....I won't be back

The manager of this store is EXTREMELY rude and is the reason my family and I will not be back. We came in on a Saturday (knowing it was going to be busy) and were in line to check out with a few things. My mom was the next in line and was looking at an item in the checkout line, waiting for them to say a register was open for her. The MANAGER then screams “You can go ahead and check out” to the woman behind my mom and tells her that my mom “was still looking” and she was going to let people in front of her. The woman behind my mom was obviously confused and offered to let my mom go first. The manager then rolled her eyes and said “are you ready now” to my mom. I find this VERY unprofessional for a manager of such a big corporation. I understand being busy, but she could have just asked if my mom needed more time instead of being so rude about it, considering my mom was just browsing and waiting for them to be ready for her. My mom is very sweet and would have gladly let the lady behind her go first, but we are both shocked at this experience. Not to mention, this is FAR from the first time I have seen this particular manager yell at/get smart with someone.

What happend to all the good brands and styles?? The men's selection at least has really gone down hill. They do still get the odd gem from time to time bit overall the selections are really sparse. This store in particular was struggling. They need to make some new deals and bring back the old TJ MAXX.

Nope! I apparently went on senior day. And I was run over by wheel chairs and assistance persons that were very aggressive. There are too many people in this store! It was not an enjoyable experience at all. We won't be returning. Also, if you're past an xl, don't think you will find anything in this store that will fit you.

I never leave reviews and this is my first review, I’m highly disappointed in this location and the staff they hire I went here with my mom to do some shopping and when we went to check out the lady was giving my mom looks and wouldn’t take her money because it had a small not even noticeable hole, and not only that but when she was giving my mom her change she wouldn’t even hand it to her she slid it to her on the counter overall the situation felt very uncomfortable. Please do better.
