Nope! I apparently went on senior day. And I was run over by wheel chairs and assistance persons that were very aggressive. There are too many people in this store! It was not an enjoyable experience at all. We won't be returning. Also, if you're past an xl, don't think you will find anything in this store that will fit you.

I never leave reviews and this is my first review, I’m highly disappointed in this location and the staff they hire I went here with my mom to do some shopping and when we went to check out the lady was giving my mom looks and wouldn’t take her money because it had a small not even noticeable hole, and not only that but when she was giving my mom her change she wouldn’t even hand it to her she slid it to her on the counter overall the situation felt very uncomfortable. Please do better.

I don’t know what’s going on here I taught this store is Nice. But look at their restroom Nasty worst then a Gasstation. Comon yall can’t spend buck or two for new toilets. Discusting also store is so unionized . Some employees were rude but some nice. Literly.

Tried to exchange a suitcase. Had tags on item but not TJ max price. They had more like it on shelf so it was their stock. Had phone number of person who purchased it for me as a gift that they could look up and verify purchase. They would not allow exchange. ?

I visit TJ Max often. I always had excellent experience. Customer service is always great, and I always able to check out rather quickly. Recommend for some good deals and good service.
