“Day trip Saturday into Bowling Green when our 2014 corvette over heated. After deciding to let her cool down we had lunch and started to call around to see if we could find a local shop to check her out before we departed for home..2 hours away.
Dropped her with Robbie and left to do some shopping and site seeing. We returned a few hours later to hear great news….pressure tested and no leaks. Temperature was holding and they could not replicate the previous problem so nothing really they could offer us. Google searches provided some other corvette owners having over heating issues…we knew the fans were not running and before bringing to Firestone we shut the car down and restarted and the fans kicked on and cooled the car quickly. A hand shake and no cost to us Robbie sent us on our way feeling good about our car.
Monday morning surprise a call from Robbie just to check on us and our car….blew me away and love the level of customer service. This location busted it and deserves the 5 star rating.”
