The first available appointment was 4 days out. Went home and made one call to another veterinarian and got in a few hours later.

Had to have our beloved pet dog put down. Vet drug the process out having us wait at least 20 min in the waiting room and then a slow process in the exam room. Entire process took over an hour and drug out way longer than previous experiences at other vets. Told us they were sending a paw print in a sympathy card which we were so looking forward to and thought was the sweetest jester. Card showed up with no print. Called the vet and apparently they "didn't take any paw prints that day". Our daughter and I were planning paw print tattoos after them telling us they'd send a print. Terrible experience.

I recently had to take my dog Chloe for an emergency situation, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Unfortunately, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my dog down, but with Dr. Ann’s reassurance and knowledge, I felt confident it was the best decision for Chloe’s well-being. Dr. Ann was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and compassionate throughout the entire experience. She handled the situation with genuine care, ensuring Chloe received the best possible treatment. I wish I had gone to them sooner, as other veterinarians did not catch the issues Chloe had been experiencing. I will definitely be taking my new puppy to them. I highly recommend Dr. Ann and Three Springs Animal Hospital to anyone in need of veterinary services. Thank you for your care during such a difficult time.

This place really impressed me! Got a call from my roommate while I was at work that Minnie had an emergency and was peeing blood, so i left early to take her to the vet. The vet i usually take her to said they were too busy, and there was absolutely no way she could be seen. I called literally every vet crying in bowling green and this was the only vet that would see Minnie. It was so scary and stressful, but worth it because this situation introduced me to my favorite vet I have found in Bowling Green!! I can’t thank three springs enough for today. Dr.Anne was amazing and you could really tell that she actually cares and wants your baby better. Thank you for fitting us in during such a small notice. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. I have found my new go to vet in BG!

We are sad, but now having to find a new vet after some unsavory experiences af the clinic. DrLuke had been great with all of my fur babies, so we are sad to have to do this.
The first instance was when the staff booked my dog for a thyroid blood test. As we all work, they agreed to let me drop her off, they would run the test, and then another family member would pick her up. I dropped her off, and after 4 HOURS they had failed to run a simple blood test and didn't communicate with us at all. It then took them another HOUR to see her to draw blood...
Then, we put in an order with 1800petneds for her heartworm and thyroid medication. They failed for TWO DAYS to authorize the script request. A staff member then calls, and questions why we are buying generic medicine, and that "there are differences". The active ingredient is the same, and it is a very old thyroid med. She then tells me the clinic would not be filling the script for her heartworm preventative because she was due for a test. We had spoken with DrLuke about this, and let him know out of the gate that we would NOT be using him as a vet if he was not going to fill her heartworm meds without a test, when she is current on preventative. At her first visit she had a negative test and has been current on medication since. There has never, from my research, been a case of resistant heartworm higher north than Georgia. He said it was up to us. Now, suddenly it isn't. You want my dog to be heartworm free, but you wont give me a script for prevention without useless test that you're making money off of?
I'm not okay with unnecessary medications or procedures, and this was too much for us.

First time ever going to this vet with my dog …took her in on Friday after I had done took her to another one and they put her on LASIKs and whoever seen her here on Friday took her off LASIKs and her breathing got worse … took her back the following Monday Dr Luke did xray said she had enlarged heart .. my dog was walking around and everything before he came in to talk to me and then he decided to give her a shot of LASIKs and she died right there in front of me … he resuscitated her but didn’t give her much hope so I decided to put her to sleep .. very bad bed side manners

Not organized. When told the total amount they said $37 when $377 was charged. Overall not happy with the visit WILL NOT be taking pets here again.

Doctor Luke is amazing but grooming service is terrible. My dog had a tiny knot and they shaved her without us knowing. She barely has any hair and cut her leg and again did not notify us.

When you move to a new area, one of the hardest thing to do is find a good vet. I struck gold right here!I've been going here for 2 years now and I wouldn't go anyplace else. The entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. From Beverly on the front desk right thru to the Vets; they are all just super people!!!You can trust them to take good care of your animals! They took care of my old, sickly dog and now they are taking care of my puppy.Don't waste your time looking elsewhere - this IS the place and these are the people that you can trust with your pets!

Our dog has never complained about his experience at Three Springs Animal Hospital. ? Health checks, shots, teeth pulling, baths.. you name it and they do it. Lots of postcards in the mail to remind you about your shots and whatnot. Convenient to southern Bowling Green, had curbside service during Covid. Don't eat the hersheys kisses on the counter as they are usually melted.

They are great here. My boyfriend and I were on a trip when we spotted a kitten with a can stuck on his head, I was able to grab the kitten and started calling around. They took care of him until we could get back and they all loved him so much! He is now home and doing so well. They took great care of our boy Soup. The staff was lovely, helpful, and the vet is very nice.

Thank you all SO very much for the dental work performed on Atom! I can say that she is feeling so much better and back to her spry self.
