So I came in here with my daughter we bum est but I had been in treatment all day and we were doing some school shopping for her afterwards, you basically need to look a certain way for this place! They were super rude and I see all over Instagram that they have beautiful clothes and all these girls that take pictures by the sign but not one time did anybody come up to ask if we needed help! When we finally found something, it was definitely overpriced. The size did not match and she basically just threw it in the bag and said card or cash. So unfriendly!! I definitely do not recommend this place. There are so much better boutiques here in Bowling Green that you can check out and get your moneys worth.

Beware if you purchase online as they will only issue store credit. I ordered 2 items that definitely didn’t fit and now I am stuck with a gift card that I won’t ever spend there!! Definitely lost a customer today and do NOT recommend!!

Do NOT shop here or order online. They do not issue refunds at all!! Only in store credits. The only retailers and Ecomm stores that do this is because they have such a high volume of returns - they wouldn’t turn a profit. I ordered $250 worth of clothes and it was all complete JUNK. See through pants. Thin cheap shirts. Don’t recommend at all.

I have been shopping with Pink Lily for 4 years now. I absolutely love the clothing, almost everything has been true to size, if you go online, they have very accurate measurements for their clothing along with recommendations on if you should size up or down. I’m also a fan of their beauty line! The tanning foam and lotion, their lip oils and lipsticks/liners, their eye shadow pallet and highlighters. They have more and I’m excited to see the new products that they’re getting ready to launch. I have one of their tumblers too, I drink my water pretty fast but if for whatever reason you need something to stay cold for a while, it’ll do just fine! I compared it to my “very well known branded” tumbler, left ice water in both of them, left it out for 13+ hours. There was no difference when I looked inside. Plus, their tumblers are so cute. I also recommend following them and the owner on social media. They are always giving back and they very often have some amazing giveaways. The owner also posts sneak peaks and discount codes so you definitely want to follow along with her.

I received 2 sweaters as a gift. Called your retail store today to ensure I could return my items for another product. We drove 2 hours to your store and was told that I can not in fact return it to your store. Then I am told they could give me store credit ....great I just want something that fits and i planned on spendingmore $. Then after am told that I can't use it in your store only online. Not once but 2x your staff told me inaccurate information. I am now spending 4 hours driving and $80 in gas and still have my items without returning them.This is not customer service but the exact opposite. I am a avid small boutique shopper and was so excited to find your store. But after this I can not bring myself to shop with a company who doesn't know what customer service is.

Placed two orders, one on the website & then a few days later on the TikTok shop for Pink Lily. The orders were literally placed two days apart. The first one from their website was shipped right out and came right away. One item had a damp odor to it, but was only $20 so I just decided to keep it & wash it. The second order from their TikTok shop has been stuck in “order placed mode” for several days so I decided to reach out and make sure it was still coming. Ashley Coffey sent me a message with a tracking number & said to reach out today (Monday) if nothing has updated. I reached out again today. The person responded within 2 mins to say my order was canceled and it was sold out. They were very short with their apology with no resolution to even exchange it for something else and then ignoring me when I told them how upsetting the situation was. This company is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend. Please read reviews before ordering.

Horrible customer service, slow shipping. They do bulk order shipping so if you order during a slow time for them you can be waiting weeks or even months get your order. Might as well order off SHEIN

Horrible customer service experience!I placed an order online three weeks ago. I am local but my order qualified for free shipping so I chose to have it shipped. The order was lost and ended up being sent back to Pink Lily. I contacted customer service, via email they apologized and told me it would be reshipped. A week went by and I heard nothing. So, I emailed back and asked if I could just pick up in the store instead thinking this would be easier. She told me she would reprocess the order and someone from the store would call me when it was ready for pick up. This morning I get an email saying my order has been returned and I have a Pink Lily gift card for $192. Honestly what is the point of a gift card if they can't process an order!!!

I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased six dresses through Pink Lily. I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The dresses did not look anything like the pictures.

They were talking very loudly and inappropriate. I didn’t need to hear their personal business. Cute store, but customer service is awful. Won’t shop here again just for that reason. Spend your money at other boutiques.
