Right now I called to pay for insurance and a very arrogant person answered in English and cut me off. I thought it was a good place.

I came here to add one more car on my insurance policy. And I told that guy, I want the same policy like my other two cars. There is no loan on these 3 cars. So he said OK. What's happened next week? They sent me insurance statement or whatever is that paper, and he put mu \"new\" car (its not brend new, it's used car 10 years old) on full coverage with out my permission. I don't speak english 100%, but I'm not stupid at all
