Steven is the absolute best!! His expertise kept my nerves at ease. He had the answer to every question I asked, if he didn’t know first hand he would seek the answer for me. He has the best people skills, he never made us feel stupid when we asked stupid questions (or repeated questions I’m sure). He was always very communicative and always easy to reach. He helped us buy a new house and sell our old one simultaneously, I could not have asked for a better outcome! I cannot imagine going through those processes with anyone other than him!! Everything was smooth sailing thanks to Steven. He has knowledge from every aspect of the transaction, from getting the loan secured to hiring contractors.
