I wish I could give separate ratings for product versus customer service. The clothing is amazing but the service ruined it for me. My daughter and I stopped in for the first time about a month ago. We methodically worked our way from the front door around the store, through the sale area and toward the dressing rooms, our arms full of clothing we were excited to try on. We were abruptly stopped by a young blonde worker who informed us the dressing rooms were locked and she couldn’t open them because it was ten minutes before closing time. Seriously? There was someone still trying clothes in a dressing room, three ladies coming in the front door and not even quite ten minutes til the top of the hour. Plus, you literally watched me gathering clothes and working my way to the dressing room. Why didn’t you tell me sooner?? The worker said ‘well I can hold them for you until tomorrow’. First, I live 100 miles away; and second, I can try them on faster than you can fill out the hold paperwork. I don’t believe I’ve ever had such a negative customer service experience especially when the store itself was so amazing :(

This boutique is a gem! I’m new to Bowling Green, but it’s definitely my favorite clothing shop that I have discovered here so far. They have a huge selection ranging from comfy casual to sophisticated chic, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I love this boutique! My only critique is that I wish the store had more sizes, or at least styles of clothing that cater to curvier women. Other than that it’s a cute shop and I usually find something to take home!

Just walked into Bowling Green store about 15 minutes before close. Grabbed 2 tops and a pair of sunglasses. Asked to try on and response was “store closes in 5 minutes so dressing rooms are closed”. Guess they don’t need the sales. I hate that because I want to support local business but why do they have to make it so hard to buy something. Happened at 5:55 pm Saturday March 12, 2022. It’s now 6:00. In the time I have written this stinky review I could have tried on and purchased the items I was interested in.

Cute store, wish you’d have a wider variety of sizes. Not everyone is a size 0 or super tiny. Probably won’t shop there again because of the lack of variety.

There were a lot of older women shopping here but most of the clothes are styled for a younger lady. Really nice clothes but maybe add some more choices for the older gals that want to wear small boutique styles.

Just received my order and the shipping was super fast! I love my What A Girl wants jeans so much! The fit is amazing and they are so comfortable! I also love my Get to the Point sweater! The sleeves are super cute! Will definitely be ordering again!

Cute Boutique. Clothes, shoes, purses, bath bombs, jewelry, metal decor, etc. My daughter-in-law shops here. Located in a nice shopping mall. Google maps may not get you in the exact spot unless it's gets an update.
