2 star hotel that is great if you love listening to Hispanic people blast music in the parking lot while getting drunk all night.
Thin walls, dated interior, and falling apart bathrooms. Decent breakfast

It was great. They have 2 waffle makers for the morning breakfast. A breakfast pizza that was pretty good.
The rooms are good, ac worked very well.

Really nice hotel with some nice big suites, that include a bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
I'm very much surprised with a breakfast, that is way better than in many that class hotels in the US. Very nice and friendly staff, especially in the restaurant.
Food & drinks: Pretty good breakfast. There's daily available some vegetables, cereal, cottage cheese, yogurt, coffee, cold drinks, bottled water. Each day some hot dish to pick.

Belongings were stollen in the property and no support from staff was offered to solve the situation: On 05/24/2024, I checked out, as I needed to travel to other locations for personal reasons. At that time, Staybridge Suites Bowling Green offered me self-storage services on its premises, which I considered safe and valuable for storing some of my belongings, as I would return in a 2-week period (15 days). Upon my return on 06/09/2024, I encountered an unusual and unpleasant situation. My belongings, which had been stored were stolen from the self-storage facility. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel reception, which called maintenance for investigation, indicating signs of theft. Consequently, to safeguard my rights I contacted the Police Service to file a report In the occasion the general manager did not come to the place to solve the situation, and in the next day, upon my own proactivity to go back to the hotel, I was able to then call the manager and again explain the occurrence. The manager that morning, reinforced that the Hotel would not be able to support as the cameras available close to the internal storage did not record past events, and could only show live footage. With that said, she did not give me any other directions on how to address the case, and again told me to rely on the local police to solve it.
Safety: Security issues all over the property. No cameras recording, entrances/exits without need for guest key, no safe lockers in the storage area, no tags attached to your bags when stored to track the items.

I originally checked in and was given room 108. I opened the door and was immediately slapped with the smell of dog and urine. There is absolutely no way housekeeping did not notice that smell. I instantly walked out. The front desk staff was able to find the last room in the hotel. It was a different kind of room (smaller). I'm not sure if there is a price difference, but that was not discussed.
There was a complete difference. It was fresh and comfortable... until I opened the cabinets. Literally, every dish was used and dirty. The pictured glass looked like fingers with pizza and grease. The skillet had dried on food. Possibly eggs. It looks like there may have been an attempt to clean, but since sponges aren't offered, they were not successful. There should be a checklist that includes checking to ensure the dishes are actually clean.
Lastly, I was here for 7 days. On the 5th day, housekeeping came in and only took my trash out. The trash I had already taken out myself. There was no other service provided, which I think is ridiculous.
Staff. The kitchen and maintenance staff were very friendly. I walked by, who I assume is the manager, and she only looked and kept walking.
Long story. You'll probably have to stay here because how many options are there?
Nearby activities: Tons of food options around. Walmart 5 minutes, Walgreens and Dollar tree next door. Kroger is across the streets, and probably any food option you can think of.

This hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful,friendly and courteous. Breakfast had lots of options and very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning customers.

Centrally located in town, close to downtown. The rooms are clean but maybe a lil dated but not bad at all especially for the price. Breakfast had a great offering. The pool is nice.

We needed a half way stop between Florida and Cleveland, Ohio. The location was a perfect halfway point for us. The hotel itself was very busy and the breakfast was very very good. I was surprised by how good. Lots of hotels do that and they are average at best. It was a safety stop to sleep and keep driving the next morning. I think the hotel is in the middle of a makeover. The room and bed were clean and we slept fine. We tend to gravitate toward hotels with the three room set up (two bedrooms and a living dining area). For the price it's a great deal. They HAVE to replace the furniture and carpets as well as paint. As nice as the fixtures looked the carpet, paint and furniture gave it a bad vibe. We did pic the place on the way back again because it accommodated our needs for 5 travelers (Mom, Dad, two kids and adult brother). Price is right (no need for two separate rooms). Have to freshen it up!
Rooms: The room and the beds were clean but the furniture and carpet in both rooms need to be replaced ASAP and paint top to bottom!!
Nearby activities: Lots of places to grab a quick bite.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!

If you are buying the reservations from some place other than Staybridge Suites, check with them to make sure that the accommodations are correct. We had 4 people, 2 kids and 2 adults. It said on Expedia that the room slept 4, although it did not. The people at the front desk did all they could to help us (thankfully), and they were so kind. We will definitely be staying again. We will just make sure that the sleeping arrangements are correct next time.

Laundry not free as stated online and as posted in laundry room, little frustrated when I bring things down from swimming dry to be told oh it's actually not free.
But room was nice, pool clean and warm, great location. Nice social hour weekday evenings.
