My family’s favorite place to shop … it’s like a treasure hunt! Friendly and helpful staff in every department. Great finds! Love that my purchases help the community. Don’t miss this gem of a store in Bowling Green!

Since this store relocated to the opposite side of town they tried to step up their store to feel more like a second hand boutique. The furnishings and decor inside are very pretty, BUT most "boutique stores" have a fitting room so you can try on a piece of clothing to MAKE sure it will fit the way you hope it will!!
This store still doesn't have a designated area to try on clothing even though they have a very STRICT policy of NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
When I ask if I could try on a dress the girl said we don't have a place to do that but you can go back in the corner in front of the huge mirror and put it over your clothing......hmm.
And their air conditioning was NOT working and it was hot in the store so go early in the morning.
This store does a lot of giving back to the local community, customers just need a way to try on clothing BEFORE they make the purchase.

Kelly came off as very rude and confrontational. I would have put the item back if it wasn't for my daughter wanting it.

After seeing the many negative reviews I change my mind I was traveling through bowling green and I was going to stop ? to get some item but I already stopped in Paducah, Kentucky, it’s horrible how FREE donated junkies “” items turning into free profit they have to be reasonable and have some guidelines to follow price accordingly instead of hire someone who’s crackhead idiot dumb don’t know better and start marketing and price wherever he or she likes the price to be!!! Welcome to alpaca mountain or Felicia Mountain Alicia Mountain whatever they call it ?

I was surprised at the space. It is larger than it looks, from the outside. Everything is nicely organized, and clean. Prices are very reasonable. I was in search of Vintage items, for my online shop..., @thriftinginthebluegrass270 Found a few things I liked. The staff were exceptionally, friendly and helpful. I told my daughter, I didn't' think I would of ever gone into a charity store. And thought things were too new lol. For me to buy since I was looking for vintage items. We will definitely be going back.

I love it, except they don't have fitting rooms.

Selling untested/non working electronics for overpriced amounts and then refusing returns is one thing, then locking the door 15 minutes before you close just so you don't have to deal with telling people that you're closing soon is lazy. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff is mostly polite and occasionally the untested electronics are listed for pennies on the dollar.
