Very friendly people working in the store. Spectrum customer service when you call them is not great but walking in this store is a whole different experience.

We needed to return equipment. I had spoken with customer service (not on site), who indicated that we could return the equipment at Spectrum Store though when we got there they said we need to have an appointment or just wait. We left.
